Material Storage. During the progress of the work, the Contractor shall arrange for office facilities and for the orderly storage of materials and equipment. Contractor shall erect any temporary structures required for the work at his or her own expense. The Contractor shall at all times keep the premises reasonably free from debris and in a condition which will not increase fire hazards. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove all temporary buildings and facilities and all equipment, surplus materials and supplies belonging to the Contractor. Contractor shall leave the Premises in good order, clean, and ready to use by the Owner. The establishment of any temporary construction yard, material storage area or staging area to be located within City of Flagstaff limits and outside the public right-of-way or Project limits generally requires a Temporary Use Permit. (See Exhibit A, Section 107.2.1.)
Material Storage. Subcontractor shall be responsible for storage of its materials on-site. All materials shall be stored in a safe and organized manner.
Material Storage. Baxter shall store the Components, Active and Excipient by Oasmia according to the specific requirements specified by the Client and as set forth in Bxxxxx’x SOPs.
Material Storage. The Contractor shall store all items so that no damage occurs whilst awaiting installation. Where practical, items are to be stored in lockable containers for protection from the weather and pilferage. All piping, pipe fittings and equipment stored outside or awaiting installation are to be protected from the weather, stormwater and soil wash and stored on pre-prepared surfaces. Pipes taken over from the Employer shall receive the required attention in order to ensure safe storage in yards, protected from fires, vandalism and incidental damage that can reasonably be prevented.
Material Storage. The Owner shall maintain the assigned slip or berth, the adjoining float, and the Club docks, premises and facilities in a safe and tidy condition. Club floats, property and adjoining waters shall not be used for storage, accumulations, or disposal of building material, refuse equipment, or gear. Dinghies and tenders shall be stored aboard the Vessel.
Material Storage. As the Contractor is required to order, obtain, and store materials and equipment sufficiently in advance of its Work at no additional cost or advance payment from Owner, to assure that there will be no delays, payment by the Owner for stored material shall be made only in unusual circumstances where the Owner specifically approves the payment in writing. If payments are to be made for materials and equipment that are not incorporated in the Work on the Project but delivered and suitably stored at a Project Site or at some other location agreed upon in writing by Owner, the payments shall be conditioned upon submission by Contractor, Subcontractor, or Supplier of bills of sale and such other documents reasonably satisfactory to Owner to establish Owner’s title to such materials or equipment free of all liens and encumbrances, and otherwise protect Owner’s interest, including, without limitation, provision of applicable insurance and transportation to the Project Site. All stored items shall be inventoried, specified by identification numbers (if applicable), released to Owner by the sureties and Subcontractors, and, if stored off the Project Site, stored only in a bonded warehouse.
Material Storage. (a) If requested by the Contractor in writing, the Principal will use its reasonable endeavours to make available storage space for small quantities of Plant and Equipment and Consumables at no cost to the Contractor (the Allocated Space).
(b) The Principal does not warrant that any Allocated Space will be suitable to allow the performance of the Mobilisation and Transition In Services or Services by the Contractor in accordance with this Agreement.
(c) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it may not be granted exclusive access to any Allocated Space and:
(i) it will be responsible for coordinating access to the Allocated Space with the Principal's Personnel at relevant sites;
(ii) it will not be entitled to relief from any KPIs as a result of failing to coordinate access to any Allocated Space or not being granted access to an Allocated Space;
(iii) it must not rely upon the Principal to provide any Allocated Space;
(iv) the Principal excludes all liability for any Claim in connection with the Principal’s failure to provide any Allocated Space;
(v) where any Consumables, Plant or Equipment is stored at an Allocated Space, it will be stored in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s recommendations and in a clean and tidy manner; and
(vi) it bears all risk associated with storing Consumables and/or Plant and Equipment in any Allocated Space and must not bring any Claim against the Principal or its Personnel in relation to any Consumables and/or Plant and Equipment that is damaged, lost or stolen whilst in such storage.
Material Storage. 1. Store materials in such a manner as to prevent deterioration or intrusion of foreign matter.
Material Storage. 4.1 All abated materials stored on UTMDACC property shall be properly stored in enclosed and properly labeled in dumpsters designed for the purpose of storing such materials. Contractor shall be responsible for all materials stored by Contractor on UTMDACC property.
4.2 Contractor shall be responsible for providing his own storage facilities and/or flammable storage cabinets.
4.3 Contractor shall be a licensed asbestos transporter as per Texas Department of Health Regulation 295.56.
4.4 Contractor shall provide UTMDACC a copy of its license as part of this contract.
Material Storage. A jointly designed training course has been developed by the Joint Union Health and Safety Committee. It is specifically designed to stress the safety problems associated with improper material storage such as double stacking, top loading racks, using damaged or otherwise unstable racks or material baskets, and exceeding specified stacking heights. All new employees transferred into the Material Department will go through this training course. At least once monthly, the plant Material Director, the plant Safety Group Leader, the Union Health and Safety Representative and the Material Department District Committee person will randomly select an area of the plant to be audited for compliance with safe stacking practices. Material Group Leaders will be notified of discrepancies found and a record will be maintained by the Safety Department.
