Xxxx Center. The State is party to the Xxxx Center CEA, pursuant to which the parties thereto designed, constructed and operate a multi-use museum, theatre and arts complex known as “The Xxxx Center for the Arts”. Pursuant to the Xxxx Center CEA, the State provides, at the State’s cost and expense, thermal services and certain operation, maintenance, repair, renewal and enhancement services to the Xxxx Center Building. The State provides thermal services to the Xxxx Center Building from existing assets situated within the Xxxx Center Plant located near the Xxxx Center Building, and delivers the same through established distribution systems comprising piping, valves and fittings running between the Xxxx Center Building and the Xxxx Center Plant. LAEP desires to operate and maintain the Xxxx Center Plant and the assets contained therein in exchange for the exclusive lease of the Xxxx Center 1432164v.2 Plant and all assets therein, and provide Thermal Services to the Xxxx Center Building on a priority usage basis and thereby relieve the State of its current financial and operational undertaking of providing thermal services to the Xxxx Center Building. As further consideration by LAEP to lease the Xxxx Center Plant and assume certain State obligations under the Xxxx Center CEA, LAEP desires to provide specific enhancements and improvements to the Xxxx Center Building. The State expects to recognize financial benefits from the enhancements made to and improvements installed in the Xxxx Center Building, including (i) utility and operational cost savings, (ii) Infrastructure Savings, and (iii) improved functionality and reliability of the Xxxx Center Building (the “Xxxx Center Project”).

Xxxx Center. The Parties acknowledge that CSU has constructed, furnished and equipped the Xxxx Center. Any improvements to the Xxxx Center over the next 10 years shall be at the expense of CMSD and must receive prior approval of CSU (excluding furnishing and equipment improvements that do not require physical changes to the building). CMSD will continue to make payments under paragraph 5 of the Lease Agreement dated July 1, 2012. The Parties agree that the rental payment due under that Paragraph 5 for 2015-2016 shall be reduced by $150,000.00. After the final payment under Paragraph 5 of the Lease Agreement, no further rent shall be owed for the Xxxx Center. CSU shall retain the exclusive use of the area currently housing the radio station, as well as access to parking in the adjacent lot otherwise used by CMSD. CMSD may file with the County Recorder's Office a memorandum of Lease, after the same is agreed to by CSU's office of legal counsel, describing its rights at the Xxxx Center.

Xxxx Center. The Xxxx Center shall be leased to CMSD for ten years beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2025.
Xxxx Center. The District shall be responsible for the management, including without limitation maintenance and enforcement, of the parking lot identified by CSU as Lot 90, adjacent to the Xxxx Center at the intersection of Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. During the term of the Xxxx Center lease agreement, Xxx 00 xxxxx xx considered a part of the Xxxx Center property and not a part of the CSU Parking system.

The PACE Center is a multi-purpose center that provides you with health care, nutritious meals, activities, and opportunities to socialize and make new friends. We will work with you and your family/caregiver to determine your schedule for coming to our PACE Center based on your individual care needs.

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

  • Storage Services 2.1.   • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.
