Xxxx Leave – Eligibility. Sick leave is not a right, which may used at discretion, but rather, sick leave shall be used only in case of personal illness, disability or the serious illness or injury of a family member, which requires the attention of XXXXXXX XXXXXX. The term family members shall include: spouse, children, parents, spouse's parents, brothers, sisters or other individuals whose relationship to XXXXXXX XXXXXX is that of a dependent or near dependent.
