Xxxx Management. Vendor will perform the following XXXX management functions:
Xxxx Management. The agent bank may inspect and supervise the borrower’s use of each loan fund at any time, and the borrower shall cooperate with the agent bank in loan payment management, post-loan management and related inspections. The agent bank’s methods of inspection and supervision include but are not limited to: (i) requiring the borrower to provide valid proof of its use of loan funds: (ii) conducting account analysis, voucher inspection or on-site investigation on the use of loan funds; and (iii) other methods permitted by laws and regulations.
Xxxx Management. The Contractor shall provide Care Management activities to appropriate Enrollees as described in this Section and further specified by EOHHS.
Xxxx Management. (a)To the extent not previously delivered prior to the Second Amendment Effective Date:
Xxxx Management. LIMITED (registered in England No. 00972175) whose registered office is at The St. Xxxx Xxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X0 0XX (the "TRANSFEROR") AND
Xxxx Management. Maintain in effect at all times the cash management systems described in place on the Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date or alternative cash management systems reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Xxxx Management. The parties acknowledge and agree that Marriott intends to assume the management of the Marriott Hotel located in Troy, Michigan, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement and existing management agreement for such hotel. If Marriott does not assume management of such hotel, then the Franchise Agreement and management agreement shall be assumed by Newco.
Xxxx Management. Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both Parties and the Parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrator is instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical to obtain a just resolution of the dispute.
Xxxx Management. 5.1 We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to (1) monitor the Site for breaches of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone in breach of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions; (3) remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way a burden to our systems; and (4) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site and Services.

It is characterized by advocacy, communication, and resource management to promote quality, cost effectiveness, and positive outcomes.
