Xxxxx Application. Grant applications are to be developed in accordance with Attachments I through IV. The grant application must include a transmittal letter signed by both the designated SWA administrator and the designated representative of the State WIB, or the governor, a signed Application for Federal Assistance (SF- 424), Budget (SF-424A, Section D only) for all quarters covered by the state plan, and a grant Statement of Work Certification. States are requested to submit the original and two (2) copies of the complete grant package to the appropriate ETA Regional Administrator within 45 days of the date of this guidance.
Xxxxx Application. The Application submitted by the Grantee to request Grant Funds for the Project. The Application stated the model type and number of radios requested and the total amount of Grant Funds requested. The Grantee’s Application is attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein.
Xxxxx Application. Volo will apply for Connect Illinois grant funding in the amount of $349,462.50 through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Pending grant approval, the County shall provide ARPA Funds in a matching amount to Volo’s contribution to assist the project.

Xxxxx Application. City shall, on behalf of City and District, assume the role of “central agency” and shall make application for all such Federal and State grant funds as may be reasonably available for the design and construction of the treatment plant modifications, secondary modification, and new ocean outfall facility, and attempt to gain reimbursement for all District—related expenses and consultant fees pertaining to federal and state grant funds.
Xxxxx Application. GDS shall be compensated by the City for professional services rendered under this Agreement for application design and submission services as described in Section 3 above at a total cost of $2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) This fee shall be payable as follows • $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) shall be due upon receipt of authorization to proceed with application development from the City • $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) shall be due upon City approval of the draft application and budget. • $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) shall be upon due proof of delivery of the completed grant application to TPWD prior to the application deadline of November 6, 2021.
Xxxxx Application. The goal of the Operation Helping Hand program is to provide counties with funding to establish, expand, and/or adapt programs like Bergen County’s model Operation Helping Hand in which law enforcement officers play an active role in identifying individuals with substance use disorders and—together with community partners—serve as a point of entry for treatment and/or recovery support services. Applicants must complete and return the following:

Xxxxx Application. States must submit a SF 424A (Budget Information) to the appropriate ETA regional office with a transmittal memorandum signed by the SWA Administrator and the SWIB Chair. All sections of the form must be completed, including the Budget Summary, Budget Categories, Forecasted Cash Needs (by quarter), and other budget information for the period covered by the grant. ETA requests that states submit the original and two copies of the complete grant package to the appropriate ETA Regional Administrator (RA) within 45 days of the date of this guidance.
Xxxxx Application. Xxxxx Recipient agrees to expend the Grant Funds as described in its Grant Application, Application attached documents and other correspondence, attached hereto as Exhibit A “Grant Application”, Exhibit B “Initiative Budget” and Exhibit C “Other Documents Supporting the Initiative”. As such, this grant is a restricted grant. These Exhibits represent the documents that describe the Initiative and define how the grant funds will be expended. For purposes of this Agreement, these Exhibits are referred to as the “Grant Application”.
Xxxxx Application. 1. We will assist You in completing the Grant application in relation to Your eligibility to the Grant.
2. Following installation of the GO Energi System, We will assist You in completing the Grant Application process in relation to Your Grant.
3. We will not be held responsible for any situation which may exclude You from being eligible for a Grant, subsidy, feed-in tariff or any financial benefit. We strongly recommend You read the application guidelines available on the Authority’s website before applying for the Grant or tariffs.
4. You agree to finalise the Grant Application within 5 working days from installation date. Failure to do so shall mean the immediate termination of this Agreement and clause E.3 and E.4 shall apply.
