Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. The payments designated below shall be made annually to teachers whose seniority service as a teacher in the district has reached the designated number of years by the last day of the school year. Time on unpaid leave shall not constitute a break in service but shall not be counted for the purpose of this payment. The teacher must have been employed through the final day of the school year; no proration of this benefit will be made. Payment is made on the second pay in June. LEA members who qualify to receive longevity payments on the schedule below by June 30, 2017 will remain on the stated longevity payment schedule until retirement/resignation from the Distrtict. 15 school years $1,519.00 20 school years $1,716.00 25 school years $1,913.00 30 school years $2,110.00 For any LEA member who does not qualify for longevity as of June 30, 2017, longevity payments will be made on the following schedule. 20 School Years = $1,000 25 School Years = $1,500 30 School Years = $2,000
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. Employees who perform technical bilingual skills (reading, writing, translation) and who successfully pass a City-administered proficiency test shall receive an allowance of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per month.
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. Right to Severance Allowance Employees meeting the conditions outlined below shall, upon request, receive a Severance Allowance as described herein.
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. Notwithstanding any provision of this agreement, if, during the initial term of this agreement or any extension thereof, the Company terminates this agreement without cause or materially breaches this agreement, the Company shall pay Consultant, without setoff, the balance owing under this agreement ("Severance Allowance") upon termination.
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. Employees who perform technical bilingual skills (reading, writing and oral translation) for the benefit of the City on a regular and ongoing basis and who successfully pass City-administered proficiency test shall receive an allowance based on the level(s) of bilingual competency listed below.
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. An amount of TZS 1,500,000 per year of this Agreement will be paid every January to every employee who has a registered child aged 2.5 years to 23 years at an approved kindergarten or primary school or secondary school or education/vocational center/institution as assistance for children education.

Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. You will receive a severance allowance equal to the greater of $1,270,500 or 200% of the sum of your annual base salary plus your annual target incentive EXCEL award at the time of termination (the “Severance Allowance”), reduced by the amount of any termination allowance benefits payable to you under the terms of Kodak’s Termination Allowance Plan (“TAP”) and any benefits payable to you under Appendix S of the Kodak Retirement Income Plan and Appendix S of the Kodak Unfunded Retirement Income Plan. In general, Severance Allowance payments, together with any TAP payments or benefit payments under Appendix S of the Kodak Unfunded Retirement Income Plan, will be substantially equivalent to those you received as an employee, and your Severance Allowance payments, together with any TAP payments or benefit payments under Appendix S of the Kodak Unfunded Retirement Income Plan, will be made consistently with Kodak's normal payroll cycles (currently bi-weekly). Payments will begin as soon as administratively practicable following your Last Day of Work or, if applicable to you with respect to this benefit, the expiration of the six-month waiting period following separation from service that the Company requires for certain executive employees as a result of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A (no interest will be paid during the six-month waiting period), and will continue until your Severance Allowance is exhausted or until your Severance Allowance has been paid off in equal amounts over 26 pay periods, whichever occurs first. Kodak will withhold from the Severance Allowance all income, payroll and employment taxes required by applicable law or regulation to be withheld. Your Severance Allowance will also be reduced by the amount of any unemployment insurance benefits you receive. The existence or terms of this agreement will not be relied upon as the basis for any adverse change to your 2011 or 2012 compensation level, mix or pay-outs under the Company’s Executive Compensation for Excellence and Leadership (“EXCEL”) plan or Long Term Incentive plans.
Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. Kodak will pay you a severance allowance equal to two (2) times your then-current annual total target compensation (base salary plus target award under the Executive Compensation for Excellence and Leadership plan (“EXCEL”)) This amount will be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month period commencing on the six-month anniversary of your last day of work. Kodak will withhold from the severance allowance all income, payroll and employment taxes required by applicable law or regulation to be withheld. This severance allowance will be paid to you in lieu of any other severance benefit, payment or allowance for which you would otherwise be eligible, except any benefits payable to you under Kodak’s Termination Allowance Plan (“TAP”) or any successor plan thereto. To the extent, however, you are eligible for a severance benefit under TAP (or any successor plan), the benefits payable to you under this section shall be reduced by (a) the amount of such severance benefit, and (b) any enhancement to such severance benefit by reason of the 1998 Agreement. In no event will any of this severance allowance be “benefits bearing,” as defined in Section 2(F) above. Kodak will withhold from this severance allowance all income, payroll and employment taxes required by applicable law or regulation to be withheld.
