Year End Bonus. All full time employees who have completed their probationary period as of December 15th in any year of this contract shall receive a Year End Bonus payable on the last business day before December 25th. The payment shall be in the sum of two parts.
Year End Bonus. The Executive will participate in the Corporation’s annual bonus program, with any awards dependent on the performance of the Executive and the Corporation. The target cash bonus for the Executive will be seventy percent
Year End Bonus. If you have not breached of this Agreement and the Company's regulations, and are still appointed by the Company at the date of year end bonus payment, the Company will pay you [2 ] months’ basic monthly salaries as your year end bonus. Year End Bonus. In addition to the Base Compensation, upon completion of Stage 1 Employee was paid $175,000 (the "Year-end Bonus"). Employee acknowledges that he received the Year-end bonus.
Year End Bonus. After each calendar year during the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus (a “Year End Bonus”) with a target amount equal to 4.05% of the Adjusted Net Income for such calendar year (or such higher percentage or amount as the Compensation Committee may determine, in its sole discretion), with the amount of such Year End Bonus to be as reasonably determined by the Compensation Committee in accordance with the process and guidelines described in, and subject to the terms of, Section 3(d) and Exhibit A hereof. Executive’s Year End Bonus payable hereunder with respect to any particular calendar year shall be paid by no later than February 28th of the following calendar year, or such earlier date as the Company pays annual performance cash bonus for such calendar year to other senior executives of the Company.
Year End Bonus. Except for employees in pay grade I, all employees in the sector will be granted a structural year-end bonus, to be paid with the salary in December or (pro rata) on termination of employment. The year-end bonus is 8.33% of the gross annual salary. Gross annual salary means the gross earnings in any period, including all allowances applicable to the employee by law, except for holiday allowance and payment for working overtime, and also with the exception of the personal supplement paid in accordance with Article 1 paragraph 13b of this Collective Agreement.
Year End Bonus. The workers employed by the Company will have the right to an annual bonus that must be paid before December 20, equivalent to 21 days’ salary, as established by Article 87 of the Federal Labor Law.
Year End Bonus. You receive the year-end bonus monthly via My SanQeuze Budget, see Article 3.2.9. The year- end bonus is 8.33% of the salary earned in that month.
Year End Bonus. 1. The employer pays a year-end bonus. The employee is eligible for the year-end bonus if an employer has continuously employed the employee for at least 6 months on 31 December of the calendar year (or at the end of employment).
2. The year-end bonus is 4.5% in 2022, 4.75% in 2023 and 5% in 2024 and is calculated on gross income in the reference period.
3. Gross income here means the salary earned by the employee with the employer during the reference period, including all allowances except holiday allowance and VET.
4. The year-end bonus is paid by 15 December of each year. This is subject to paragraphs 5 and 7 of this article.
5. The year-end bonus is calculated on gross income in the reference period. Reference period here means:
a. When wages are paid monthly
b. When wages are paid every 4 weeks
6. On termination of employment with an employer or change of contract during the reference period, the year-end bonus, calculated on the gross income earned so far in the reference period, is paid directly by the employer to the employee.
7. The end-of-year bonus is paid net as a commuting allowance, subject to tax rules. The part that cannot be paid as net commuting allowance within the tax rules is paid gross.
Year End Bonus. After each calendar year during the Employment Period, Executive shall receive an annual cash bonus (a “Year End Bonus”) of an amount equal to not less than 4.05% of Core Earnings for such calendar year (which by way of example, would be approximately 21.32% of the aggregate amount of the Pooled Annual Cash Bonus for a calendar year in which the aggregate amount of the Pooled Annual Cash Bonus is 16% of Pre-Bonus Core Earnings, and would be approximately 18.41% of the aggregate amount of the Pooled Annual Cash Bonus for a calendar year in which the aggregate amount of the Pooled Annual Cash Bonus is 18% of Pre-Bonus Core Earnings) (or such higher percentage or amount as the Compensation Committee may determine, in its sole discretion), with the amount of such Year End Bonus for such calendar year to be as determined in accordance with the process and guidelines described in, and subject to the terms of, Section 3 hereof. Executive’s Year End Bonus payable hereunder with respect to any particular calendar year shall be paid by no later than February 28th of the following calendar year, or such earlier date as the Company pays annual performance cash bonus for such calendar year to other senior executives of the Company.
