Making your booking. To book the Property with us you should make the payment specified in the initial quote we email to you (the “Quote”). If the Quote stipulates that you pay an initial deposit (the “Initial Deposit”) followed by a balance payment (the “Balance”), you must make both payments within the time periods specified. If the Quote asks you to make a payment in full, you must pay the full amount by the due date. If the Quote specifies that any damage deposit (the “Damage Deposit”) and/or a cleaning or other fee(s) (“Other Fee(s)”) is payable, you must also make that/those payment(s) within the time period specified. Once the Initial Deposit or full payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming the Booking. The contract between us will only be formed when you receive the payment confirmation email and is subject to these Booking Conditions. You should carefully check the details of your Booking before making a payment, as well as the confirmation email and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.
Making your booking. 1.1 We do not reserve dates, therefore, to book the Property with us you should make the payment specified on the booking form, online reservation form, or any initial quote we email to you (the “Quote”). If the Quote stipulates that you pay an initial deposit (the “Deposit”) followed by a balance payment (the “Balance”), you must make both payments within the time periods specified. If you are booking the Property within 42 days of the holiday start date, then you must make a payment in full. You must pay the full amount by the due date. If the Quote includes a Security Deposit (the “Security Deposit”), you must make this payment within the time period specified.
1.2 Once the Deposit or full payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming the Booking. The contract between us will only be formed when you receive the payment confirmation email and is subject to this Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy, until then, the requested dates will be available to other guests.
1.3 You should carefully check the details of your Booking before making a payment, as well as the confirmation email and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.
Making your booking a. Booking enquiries may be made on our website or via certain third party booking agent sites (including xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx). If you want to make a group booking you should contact us either by phone or email using the contact details on the HFG website to check availability. Please make sure that all details which you provide when planning a booking over the phone are correct, we will not be liable for any errors unless caused by our negligence.
b. Payments are made via our secure payment system either when you place a booking on our website or via a link which we will send to you when you contact us to make a group booking.
c. Your booking will only be confirmed once we receive your Booking Deposit (see section 2 below) in cleared funds and you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details in your confirmation email carefully at the time of receipt, particularly the booking dates, as it may not be possible to rectify errors.
Making your booking. When you book the Property with us, your payment of the Initial Deposit will confirm your booking. You will need to accept these terms and conditions and sign the Rental Agreement when completing pre-check-in via our Guest App (Wishbox). You will receive an email with a link for pre-check-in 45 days prior to your arrival, or immediately if you have booked within that timeframe. If you have been quoted for and have indicated the number of persons staying in your party, please note that any extra persons, including any children, who stay at the Property, will incur an extra fee and charge if they were not included in the original requested quote. If you exceed the maximum number of persons staying on the Property, we reserve the right to retain your Security Deposit in full and this Agreement may be terminated without refund. Any binding agreement between us will only be formed when you have provided the details required via pre-check-in in the Guest App and have signed the Rental Agreement, and it is subject to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse any booking prior to the signing of the terms and conditions. If we do this we will promptly refund any money you have paid to us. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. You should carefully check the details of our written confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions. Your booking is made as a holiday rental tenant for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business or other losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you.
Making your booking. You can make your booking on-line by visiting our website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. When you make the booking, you must pay a deposit of £150 per person for bookings of 2 persons or more and £300 for solo walkers. Deposits can be paid by credit and debit cards online or by telephoning 016974 78443. Payment can be made in any currency acceptable to Paypal.

1.4. The accommodation price paid includes accommodation, heating, bedlinen, and towels, all supplies required for kitchen cleaning and dishwashing, a supply of logs for the wood burning stove (including kindling, newspaper and matches / lighter) and WIFI.
Making your booking. 2.1 You can book a Property with us by making the payment specified in the Quote provided to you by us via the allChalets website. The Booking shall be made and this Booking Contract shall be effective once the the Initial Deposit or Full Payment (in the case of a booking with only one payment) has been received by allChalets and you have received an email from us confirming the Booking and including the Cancellation Policy.
2.2 You should check the details of the Quote carefully before making any payment to allChalets regarding your Booking. You must contact us immediately if any information which appears on the Quote or confirmation email or any other document is incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible for us to make changes later.
2.3 We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions unless you notify us of them within one week of the date of the email you receive from allChalets that confirms your booking on our behalf.
Making your booking. Book the Property with us by making the payment specified in the initial quote provided to you by us by e-mail. Payment will be made by Bank Transfer to the details provided on the Quote e-mail. The Booking shall be made and this Booking Contract shall be effective once the Initial Deposit (30%) or full payment has been received by us and you have received an email confirming the Booking and including the Cancellation Policy. If the Quote requires that you: • Make a payment in full, then you must pay the full amount for the Booking and also the Damage Deposit (as defined below) to us by the due date; or • Pay an initial deposit (the “Initial Deposit”) followed by a balance payment (the “Balance”), which includes the Damage Deposit, then you must make both payments to us within the specified time periods. You shall be required to pay the applicable Damage Deposit and/or any other fees (if applicable) as set out in the email confirmation as part of your payment in full or your Balance payment (as applicable). We will accept and confirm your booking on receipt of an Initial Deposit up to 29 days before your check-in. Bookings with 28 days or less before check-in require full payment. An Initial Deposit of 30% of the quote provided by us must be paid within 7 days of receiving the quote or we shall consider the quote declined.
A Damage Deposit of £200 must be paid with your final balance payment. You should carefully check the details of the Quote before making any payment to us regarding your Booking, as well as the confirmation email and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.
Making your booking. 4.1. As the person in charge of the party (“the party leader” or “you”), you must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking and one of the members staying at the accommodation. By making the booking, you confirm that you are authorised to make the booking. It is your responsibility as the party leader to ensure that the other party members are aware of and agree to comply with these booking conditions where applicable.
4.2. Bookings will not be accepted from groups of persons under the age of 21 without the prior written consent of us.
4.3. You are responsible for making all payments to us.
4.4. You must ensure that all the information you provide us in connection with your booking is true, accurate, current and complete. If any of your details change, you must promptly update your details.
4.5. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability that may affect your booking, please tell us before you confirm your booking and give us full details in writing as early as possible before you travel. If we are unable to make reasonable adjustments to meet that person’s particular needs, we can refuse or cancel the reservation.
4.6. If you have any special requests, they must be reasonable and you must let us know when you make a booking and confirm them in writing. We cannot guarantee that any request will be met. Confirmation that we have noted a special request or the fact it is shown on your written confirmation or any other document, is not confirmation that the request will be met. If we fail to meet any special request, it will not mean we have broken your contract.
4.7. We have the right to refuse any booking where there are reasonable grounds to believe that (i) it is not legitimate (ii) you are likely to breach these booking conditions (iii) information supplied by you in relation to your booking is incorrect (iv) you have behaved in a vexatious, abusive or unlawful manner to us. If we do this, we will tell you in writing and promptly refund any money you have paid to us. In this case, we will not have any legal responsibility to you.
Making your booking. All bookings made through Supercontrol are provisional until confirmed by us. We will not accept any bookings by persons under 21 years of age. When you book the Property with us you should return the completed Booking Form to us together with your payment for the Initial Deposit. Please note that the Initial Deposit is only refundable if you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation of your booking. (eg Non-Refundable). Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you. Once the completed Booking Form and the Initial Deposit have been received and accepted by us, we will issue you with our written confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you our written confirmation and is subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of our written confirmation. If we do this we will promptly refund any money you have paid to us. You should carefully check the details of our written confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions. Art and Mindfulness Retreats:
