If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. In the event you lose your Card or if it’s stolen, we will block the Card as soon as we have been notified by you. The card will be re-issued and mailed to you; however, the expiration date may be the same as the original issued expiration date. You are also responsible for monitoring the confidentiality and security of your Digital Banking Credentials. If you permit other persons to use Digital Banking and your Digital Banking Credentials, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize from any of your accounts. Notify us immediately if you believe that your password or any other Digital Banking Credentials have been lost or stolen, that someone has used them or may use them to access your accounts, or that any electronic fund transfer or any other transfer of money has been made without your permission.
