Data Privacy. 14.1. Johnson Controls as controller: We collect, process and transfer certain personal data of the Buyer and its personnel in connection with the business relationship between the Buyer and us (e.g., names, email addresses, telephone numbers) as controller and in accordance with Johnson Controls' Privacy Policy located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. The Buyer acknowledges Johnson Controls' Privacy Policy and consents to the collection, processing and transfer as may be mandatorily required by applicable law. To the extent consent by the Buyer's personnel to such collection, processing and transfer by Xxxxxxx Controls is mandatorily required by applicable law, the Buyer warrants that it has obtained such consent. 14.2. Johnson Controls as processor: If ADT is in fact acting as a processor of Personal Data (as defined therein) on behalf of the Buyer, the terms at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxx will apply.
Data Privacy. The supplier agrees that TheKnot shall collect person-related data by way of presentation of identification documents for the purposes of invoicing or issuing of credit notes and in the case of cash payments and store same in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act.
Data Privacy a) According to data privacy provisions, the Customer agrees that personal data related to the contractual agreement with Xxxxxxxxxxxx, shall be collected electronically, processed and archived as part of corporate and legal archiving require- ments for business purposes only. b) The Customer is entitled to revoke the above declaration at any time for future use and treatment of his data.
Data Privacy. Customer is not permitted to upload and store personal data (including personal data in encrypted formats) in the Offering. The processing of the data of Customer´s employees or Customer’s contact persons required to identify them as authorized users of the Offering towards Siemens and for other contractual purposes is governed by the Siemens Privacy Notice available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx.
Data Privacy. 12.1. A storage of inventory data such as name, company name, address, etc. is only carried out as far as it is necessary for the establishment, change or processing of a contractual relationship. A transfer of this data to third parties is excluded or occurs only for contractual relationships with suppliers explicitly authorized by the customers concerned. If the contractual relationship is terminated, this data will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the termination. 12.2. Traffic data is collected, processed and used only for the purposes and to the extent specified in the TKG. All traffic data will be deleted after 6 months unless a pending objection requires the continued retention of a customer's connection data. 12.3. The storage of invoice data is limited to 10 years and takes place in separately secured systems. Access to invoice data after the end of the respective calendar year is only possible for special reasons and upon official request. 12.4. Any other customer-related data (e.g. paper-based or electronic correspondence, trouble tickets) will be deleted or anonymized upon termination of the contractual relationship at the end of the calendar year following the termination. 12.5. CONSERTIS expressly points out to the customer that data protection for data transmissions in open networks such as the Internet cannot be comprehensively guaranteed according to the current state of technology. The customer is aware that other participants in the Internet may also be technically capable of unauthorized intervention in network security and of controlling or intercepting message traffic. 12.6. CONSERTIS GmbH uses technical, organizational and operational security measures to ensure the security of inventory and traffic data at all times and to protect it from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction by third parties. The security measures and precautions used are continuously improved and adapted in line with the state of the art. Despite all efforts to ensure the highest level of data security, CONSER-TIS cannot accept any liability for unlawful interference by third parties. 12.7. CONSERTIS GmbH uses service providers for the disposal of paper-based documents and electronic data storage devices that offer certified destruction in accordance with the security standards of the DSG.

This Privacy Policy is attached as Annex to these terms and conditions.
Data Privacy. 12.1. Modulr will collect and retain personal information about the Introduced Client and each Authorised User and Cardholder to enable Modulr to deliver the Modulr Products, the services linked to it and deal with any enquiries that the Introduced Client may have about it. Modulr is the data controller of the personal information gathered by Modulr for such purpose. If Xxxxxx uses a third party to provide a part of the Modulr Product then that provider will be the owner and controller of the personal information they require to collect in order to operate the relevant service. The use of personal information by third-party service providers will be set out in their service terms and conditions of use. Modulr will, at such third-party provider’s direction, process personal data on its behalf, for example, to enable Modulr to provide Customer Services to the Introduced Client. 12.2. Modulr processes personal information in accordance with relevant laws on the protection of personal data. 12.3. If Xxxxxx transfers the Introduced Client’s information to a third party in a country outside of the European Economic Area Modulr will ensure that the third party agrees to apply the same levels of protection that Xxxxxx is legally obliged to have in place when Modulr processes personal data. 12.4.Further information about how Xxxxxx uses personal information can be found in Xxxxxx’x Privacy Policy; please contact Customer Services for a copy of this.
Data Privacy. 19.1 The parties shall process personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – “GDPR”) and the applicable national law (together with GDPR “Data Protection Provisions”). They shall require their employees and agents engaged in the processing of personal data to comply, or have already complied, with this section 19 and the applicable Data Protection Provisions. 19.2 The parties act as independent controllers pursuant to Article 4 No. 7 GDPR and shall not be responsible for the processing activities of the other party. This does not apply if the parties act as joint controllers or within a controller-processor relationship, which, however, is governed by a separate agreement. Should it be or become necessary (e.g. due to an official order or a court ruling) that the parties conclude a Joint Controllership Agreement pursuant to Article 26 GDPR, the parties undertake to conclude such Joint Controllership Agreement by concluding this agreement. 19.3 The Operator's and Seller's access to personal and other data provided by end customers for the use of the Online Marketplace or generated in the course of the provision of the Online Marketplace are set out in Annex 19.3. 19.4 The parties undertake to process or transfer the personal data listed in Annex 19.3 between them only within the framework of an existing legal basis. Each party independently checks to what extent there is permission to process the personal data and undertakes to delete it to the extent that it is no longer required for the agreed purposes – with the exception of statutory retention periods. Each party will independently take necessary technical and organizational measures for the processing of personal data. If personal data is processed in a third country, each party will independently comply with the requirements of Art. 44 ff. GDPR. 19.5 The Parties are aware that, with regard to the processing of their personal data as defined in Annex 19.3, data subjects are entitled to exercise their rights under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR (information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data transferability or objection) (hereinafter "Request(s)"). The Parties will assist each other, within the limits of what is legally permissible, by reasonable means in the processing of Requests and will comply with the relevant legal requirements (e.g. Article 19 GDPR).

Der Vertragspartner haftet für alle Schäden, die durch eine missbräuchliche Verwendung der Daten oder durch Verstöße gegen datenschutzrechtliche Bestimmungen bei IKEA entstehen. Ein Verstoß gegen da- tenschutzrechtliche Bestimmungen berechtigt im Wieder- holungsfalle zur außerordentlichen Kündigung. The Supplier shall be obliged to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), the Federal Data Protection Act Germany and other applicable data pro- tection regulations and to ensure that employees and other agents comply with these regulations. The contractual party shall be liable for any damage caused by misuse of the data or by breaches of data protection regulations at IKEA. A breach of data protection regulations entitles the contract- ing party to extraordinary termination in the event of a rep- etition of the breach.
