Fees. The doctoral candidate must pay the registration fees and/or tuition only to that University where she:he is studying/enrolled during the relevant semester. Doctoral candidates may enjoy benefits and services corresponding to the status of regular students of Leipzig University. Therefore he:she needs to enrol as student at Leipzig University. In case of enrolment the doctoral candidate has to pay the so-called semester fee, which is a social and administrative fee and which covers public transport within WKH DUHD RI WKH ³0LWWHOGH-XVoWlltVickFetK). Fees. 1. The agreed fee shall apply. If no fee has been agreed upon, it shall be determined on the basis of the prevailing list of photographic fees issued by Mittelstandsgemeinschaft Foto-Marketing (MFM). The fee shall be subject to value added tax at the applicable rate.
2. The fee shall be deemed to constitute good consideration for the one-time utilization of the photographic material for the agreed purpose in accordance with Section IV. 3 herein.
3. The fee shall not include any costs and expenses arising in connection with the order (e. g. cost of materials, laboratory, models, props, travel, other necessary expenses), which shall be borne by the customer.
4. The fee shall be payable upon delivery of the photographs. If the results of the production are supplied in parts, the corresponding part payment shall fall due upon receipt of the corresponding delivery. In the case of commission productions, the photographer may request advance payments matching the percentage of completion of the production.
5. The fee provided for in Section VI. 1 herein shall be payable in full notwithstanding the fact that the photographic material ordered and supplied is not published. If the photographic material is to be used as a basis for layout and presentation purposes, a fee of at least Euro 75.00 shall be payable in the absence of any other agreement to the contrary.
6. Only counter-receivables which are not disputed or have been upheld in a court of law may be netted or shall be subject to a right of retention. Moreover, counter-receivables which are disputed but on which a decision is soon to be made may also be netted.
Fees. 3.1. The Issuer does not charge the Abon User a fee for issuing Abon. However, the following fees shall apply:
3.1.1. Maintenance fee: free of charge for the 6 (six) months after purchase and then fee in the amount of 4 CHF applies. The fee is deducted directly from your Abon balance.
3.1.2. Currency conversion fee: 1 % of the transaction amount.
Fees. The rental fees are calculated according to the rental period, based on the currently valid price list, and are net prices. The statutory sales tax shall be added. In case of trade fair transactions, prices include the rental fee plus expenses for delivery and collection of the rental object at the exhibition center. Otherwise the currently valid transport costs will be charged for delivery and collection of the rental objects and added to the rental fee. For floor covering the costs for laying and glu- ing, if necessary, are included in the rental fee, provided that the area to be covered is free, clean and even. In addition to the rental fee the lessee agrees to bear the costs for unavoidable waste caused by cutting around pillars, structures or machines at replacement prices.
Fees. 6.1 Unless otherwise agreed the Agency‘s entitlement to fees shall arise for any specific service once the same has been rendered. The Agency shall be entitled to ask for advances to cover its expenses. From contracts extending over a prolonged period of time, the Agency shall be entitled to render interim accounts or issue advance invoices or demand payments on account.
6.2 The fees shall be stated as net fees plus statutory value added tax. If in a specific case no agreement on fees has been concluded, the Agency shall be entitled to fees at market rates for the services rendered and for transfer of copyrights and marks.
6.3 All services of the Agency which are not expressly covered by the agreed fees shall be paid for separately. All cash expenses incurred by the Agency shall be reimbursed by the Customer.
6.4 Cost estimates provided by the Agency shall be non-binding. If it becomes clear that the actual costs will exceed the Agency‘s written cost estimate by more than 15 per cent, the Agency shall advise the Customer of such higher costs. The increase in costs shall be deemed accepted by the Customer if the Customer does not object to such increase in writing within three working days of the advice and state cheaper alternatives at the same time. Cost increases of up to 15 per cent shall not have to be advised separately. Such deviations from the cost estimate shall be deemed accepted by the Customer from the beginning.
6.5 The Agency shall be entitled to the agreed fees for all services provided by the Agency which are not implemented by the Customer for whatsoever reason. The setoff provision of Section 1168 of the Austrian General Civil Code [ABGB] shall be excluded. By payment of the fees the Customer shall acquire no rights to use work already carried out; concepts, drafts and other documents which were not implemented shall rather be re-turned to the Agency without delay.
Fees. You are solely responsible for communicating any use, recurring, or application fees charged to Stripe Issuing Accountholders for their use of Platform Services in connection with the Stripe Issuing Platform Services and Stripe Issuing Services, and must clearly communicate those fees to Stripe Issuing Accountholders prior to imposing such fees.
Fees. Upon loading of the Card, SBPS may charge the Card or card account fees for processing of transactions carried out with the Card and for services provided by SBPS. Furthermore, SBPS also has the right to pass on any fees charged by ATM operators or other parties involved in the payment process. Where known to SBPS, the fees charged by these partners are published on the SBPS website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx). The sales outlet from which the Card was obtained may charge different fees; information on these fees can be obtained from that outlet. CH 3/20 In countries with a currency other than that of the card account, transactions are generally executed in the local currency. The SBPS exchange rate is used for the conversion.

Fees. 5.1 In consideration of the OnDemand Services, the Customer shall pay the Fee or the Minimum Fee agreed on in the respective Order, whichever shall be the greater amount, without deduction or set off, in full and cleared funds and in the currency specified within the Order to the account nominated by Questionmark from time to time, in accordance with the terms of this clause 5.
5.2 Following the Commencement Date Questionmark shall invoice and the Customer shall pay the Fee/Minimum Fee and the Set Up Fee agreed on in the respective Order in accordance with the terms of this clause 5.
5.3 Where the Customer has selected Consultancy Services, Questionmark shall invoice, and the Customer shall pay, the relevant Fee for such services (as set out in the Order or agreed between the Parties from time to time in writing) in accordance with the terms of this clause 5.

b. The fee is only valid for the use of the picture material for the agreed purpose according to § III 3 or 2. If the fee is also intended for further use, this is to be agreed in writing.
c. Costs and expenses incurred by the order are not included in the fee and are charged to the customer.
d. The fee according to V. a) GTC is to be paid in full even if the commissioned image material is not used and / or published.
