Insurance cover. 1.1 The insurer pays compensation:
Insurance cover. In addition to insurance stated in other provisions in the order, the supplier undertakes to take out insurance that provides adequate coverage of the liability risks arising from the order and to maintain the policy while the order is fulfilled. The supplier shall be liable to the full extent subject to the aforementioned exceptions in section 9 and regardless of any insurance cover. The supplier is obligated to obtain all licences from third parties which are required for Tegometall and the end clients of Tegometall to use the contractual products as intended and shall maintain these licences during the useful life of the contractual products. With regard to licensing rights for software (including firmware and operating systems), the supplier shall provide Tegometall with all information, documentation and other details required to use, develop and modify the contractual products no later than with delivery of the first contractual products of the order.
