Security. Where a customer does not purchase a reasonable quantity of goods, compared to the number of mobile containers rented, we have the right to demand security from the customer for each mobile container up to the amount of the replacement price. This security can also be required after handover of the mobile container to the customer. We may in particular demand this security if the provision of such security was agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, if the customer is at least two months in arrears with the rent for mobile containers or has breached other contractual obligations.
Security. The user is solely responsible for the avoidance of security problems with regard to his systems and data, including products on his systems. The user shall, with all economically reasonable effort, exclude malware, viruses, spyware, and trojans. Claims for damages asserted against XXXXXXXXXX arising or partially arising from security problems are excluded.
Security. 28.1. Das jeweils gültige Sicherheitskonzept der AGH ist ein integraler Bestandteil jeder Veranstaltung im Hallenstadion. Dieses deckt die Aufgaben der AGH beim Betrieb des Hallenstadions ab, zeigt die Schnittstellen zwischen Veranstalter und AGH auf und umschreibt die wichtigsten zwingenden Aufgaben des Veranstalters in einer Krisensituation.
28.2. Der Veranstalter muss ergänzend zum Sicherheitskonzept das Krisenmanagement für seine Veranstaltung und seine Bereiche auf jeden Fall selbständig planen und führen und auf das Sicherheitskonzept der AGH abstimmen. Er hat dabei die bestehenden Elemente und Schnittstellen des AGH Sicherheitskonzepts als integrale Bestandteile in sein eigenes Krisenmanagement aufzunehmen. In der Krisenorganisation muss zwingend die Vertretung der AGH im operationellen Krisenstab des Veranstalters aufgenommen werden und vom Veranstalter sichergestellt sein.
Security. 6.1 Security Measures. Pleo shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Customer Data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of the Customer Data, in accordance with Pleo's security standards The Security Measures applicable to the Services are described here xxxxx://xxxx.xx/xx/xxxxxxx (as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 6.2 of this DPA).
6.2 Updates to Security Measures. Customer is responsible for reviewing the information made available by Pleo relating to data security and making an independent determination as to whether the Services meet Customer’s requirements and legal obligations under Data Protection Laws. Customer acknowledges that the Security Measures are subject to technical progress and development and that Pleo may update or modify the Security Measures from time to time provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Services purchased by the Customer.
6.3 Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.
Security. The grounds and the halls shall be generally guarded by the organiser without liability for losses or damage. The exhibitor himself shall be responsible for supervising and guarding his stand, also during construction and dismantling periods. Special guards may be employed only with the organiser’s consent.
Security. You are always obliged to keep the access data required for registration secret and to appropriately safeguard it. Access data must not be passed on to third parties for use. If you believe that a third party has unauthorised access to your User Account based on factual indication, you are obliged to immediately contact METRO, at least in text form. You are responsible for any use and/or other activity that is carried out using your access data.
Security. AH bzw. die Behörde legt die Anzahl des benötigten Security-Personals je nach Art der Veranstaltung fest. Die Kosten sind vom Mieter zu tragen. AH ist berechtigt, im Bedarfsfall dem Security-Personal Weisungen zu erteilen, die sicherstellen sollen, dass Veranstal- tungsbesucher den vertraglich vereinbarten Veranstaltungsbereich nicht unbefugt verlassen und insoweit widerrechtlich den Privatgrund von AH betreten. Der Mieter nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass der Außenbereich des Veranstaltungsgelände videoüberwacht wird. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, diesen Umstand des Veranstaltungsbesuchern im Sinne der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen nachweislich zur Kenntnis zu bringen.
Security. Security, surveillance, safekeeping and the granting of insurance cover shall not constitute objects of the Agreement. Even if there are staff present on the grounds of Koelnmesse, or if the grounds are subject to observation using optical-electronic equipment (video surveillance), this shall not be associated with any assumption of custody or liability, specifically where theft or damage are involved.
Security. The security service may examine persons - also by the use of technical aids - whether they represent a safety risk due to alcohol or drug consumption or because of carrying weapons or dangerous pyrotechnical objects. In such cases, Good2U UG is entitled to deny access to the event. The instructions of the security staff must be followed. In case of violations, the ticket can be confiscated and a place ban can be imposed.
Security. Publikumsbereiche bei Veranstaltungen Nur der Bereich beim Haupteingang sowie das Foyer (Mitteltrakt Parterre bis zum roten Tor im 1.Stock) sind für das Publikum geöffnet. Ansonsten ist der ganze SEDEL gesperrt. Während den Veranstaltungen muss das rote Tor im 1. Stock geschlossen sein. Über zusätzliche Sicherheitsmassnahmen bei Ausnahmen entscheidet der ILM Vorstand. Melderabschaltungen dürfen nur von autorisiertem SEDEL-Personal vorgenommen werden und sind nach dem Ende der Veranstaltung sofort rückgängig zu machen. Bei Gigs mit starker Rauchentwicklung (Nebelmaschinen, Trockeneis) müssen die Korridortüren in den oberen Stockwerken geschlossen werden. Das verhindert Fehlalarme! (Ein vergebliches Ausrücken der Feuerwehr aufgrund eines Fehlalarms kostet jedesmal sFr. 400.- für welche der Veranstalter aufkommen muss!) Bei einem Brandalarm: bitte die Anweisungen bei der Zentrale (Kellerkorridor links) beachten. • Notausgänge und Fluchtwege müssen jederzeit frei passierbar sein. • In den öffentlichen Bereichen darf kein Material deponiert werden. • Treppenhaus, Korridore, Feuerleiter und Türen dürfen nicht blockiert werden. • Für die Feuerwehr muss die Zufahrt zum Gebäude jederzeit gewährleistet sein. • Es ist wichtig, dass die feuerpolizeilichen Bestimmungen und die Brandschutzmassnahmen eingehalten werden. Bitte die spezielle Bedienungsanleitung für die Brand-Alarmanlage beachten. • Sicherheitseinrichtungen dürfen nicht manipuliert werden: die Feuerlöscher und Löschstationen, Flucht- weg- und Notbeleuchtungen sowie die Brand-Alarmanlage müssen für Notfälle einwandfrei funktionieren. • Es dürfen keine unbefugten Veränderungen an den technischen Anlagen vorgenommen werden: Brandmeldeanlage, Elektroinstallationen, Sanitäranlagen, Heizungen, Schliess-Systeme usw dürfen nur von autorisiertem Personal bedient und gewartet werden.
