Jurisdiction Musterklauseln

Jurisdiction. The courts in Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for any action or other legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Notes.

Jurisdiction. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be our statutory seat in Germany. However, we shall be entitled to sue the Buyer at the place of his registered business address or his establishment.

Jurisdiction. The District Court (Landgericht) in Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for any action or other legal proceedings arising out of or in connec- tion with the Notes.

Jurisdiction. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of DiCommerce. The same applies if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if the domicile or usual place of residence is not known at the time the action is brought.

Jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by Austrian law, excluding the provisions of the international private law (IPR).

Jurisdiction. The Relevant Courts shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may, directly or indirectly, arise out of or in connection with this Guarantee including a dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection herewith and BNPP submits to the jurisdiction of the Relevant Courts. Jurisdiction. All contracts are subject to the German law, in particular the German Civil Code (BGB) and the German Commercial Code (HGB). Pour toutes les livraisons hors de l’Union Européenne nous facturons un forfait service de 25,00 € (pour les documents douaniers etc.). Nous livrons départ magasin (EXW Blankenfelde-Mahlow). Pour toute une série d’articles nous accordons des remises supplémentaires. Veuillez voir nos tarifs ou nous contacter pour obtenir des renseignements. En cas de service de colis les coûts d’emballage sont 5,90 € par colis, au maximum 10,00 € par livraison. L’assurance de transport est comprise. En cas de livraison par transporteur nous facturons 10,00 € par palette. Nous souscrivons l’assurance contre tous risques pour toutes livraisons effectuées dans notre responsabilité et vous en compterons 0,7 % de la valeur de la marchandise.
