Accepted Proposal definition

Accepted Proposal means the detailed concept proposals, reports, plans, designs, perspectives, drawings and scale model(s) (including where applicable, such amendments thereto as may be made by the Lessee with the approval of the Lessor) and the Development Investment amount to be expended for the development submitted by the Lessee, pursuant to and in compliance with the RFP relating to the construction, development and establishment of the IR and accepted by the Lessor;

Accepted Proposal means any document describing, as applicable, the Services that 2H is to perform for Client, the Deliverables that 2H is to create for Client, and certain other materials to be licensed to Client, and that expressly references these Terms and is signed by an authorized representative of each party, as such document may be amended by the parties from time-to-time pursuant to Section 2(d) below.

Accepted Proposal means a Proposal that has been accepted in writing by the Customer, as varied by any Confirmed Changes;

Examples of Accepted Proposal in a sentence

• No payment will be made for any materials incorporated into the work for any conformance review submittals or information only submittals found to contain errors or deviations from the Solicitation or Accepted Proposal.

• Any "information only" submittal found to contain errors or unapproved deviations from the Solicitation or Accepted Proposal shall be resubmitted as one requiring "approval" action, requiring both Designer of Record and Government approval.

• No payment will be made for any materials incorporated into the work for any conformance review submittals or information-only submittals found to contain errors or deviations from the Solicitation or Accepted Proposal.

• The contract documents shall include the following documents, attached hereto as exhibits and incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in full (the “Contract Documents”):  This Agreement.Exhibits: Notice Inviting Bids for the Project; Specifications for the Project; Special Provisions; Accepted Proposal.

• The approval of submittals shall not be construed as a complete check, but will indicate only that the general method of construction, materials, detailing and other information are satisfactory and appear to meet the Solicitation and Accepted Proposal.

More Definitions of Accepted Proposal

Accepted Proposal means an ordering document executed by the parties that specifies, among other things, a description of the Professional Services to be provided hereunder.

Accepted Proposal has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.1 (Definitions) of the Development Agreement.

Accepted Proposal means the concept proposals and documents listed in Annexure “ D ” and shall include, where applicable, such additions and amendments thereto as may be made by the Lessee with the approval of the Lessor and the Development Investment to be expended for the development submitted by the Lessee, pursuant to and in compliance with this Agreement relating to the construction, development and establishment of the IR2; DA.20190403v4

Accepted Proposal means a Proposal which has been accepted by the Client in Writing and which constitutes an Annex to these General Terms and Conditions;
