Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that Lender shall be permitted to file one or more financing statements naming Borrower as debtor and Lender as secured party identifying “the Accounts, the Contracts, the Reserve Accounts and other Reserve and Other Accounts Collateral, the Equipment, Fixtures and Personalty, the General Intangibles, the Leases, the Inventory, the Management Agreements, the Rents and other Gross Revenues and the Proceeds” of Borrower in the collateral description thereon.
