Accrued PTO or vacation leave, whichever is applicable, shall be paid to Employee upon termination of employment.
Accrued PTO as appropriate shall be payable at the employee’s regular rate of pay on the first (1st) day of bona fide illness, injury, disability due to pregnancy or childbirth, or illness or injury of the employee or the employee’s dependent child, spouse, parent, parent-in-law, or grandparent, pursuant to state law.
