Action Item 3. Evaluate the Student pursuant to Section 504/Title II and Provide Services
Action Item 3. Training on the District’s Obligations to Students with Disabilities with Respect to Summer Programs By November 30, 2022, the District will provide training to the District’s staff with administrative responsibilities for the education of students with disabilities, and all CSE/Section 504 Team Chairpersons, regarding the District’s obligations with respect to Summer programs pursuant to 34 C.F.R. Section 104.34(a). Such training shall be conducted in-person or by live videoconference; and By January 30, 2023, the District will provide training to all regularly-employed special education teachers, general education teachers, and related service providers who may participate in CSE and/or Section 504 Team meetings during school year 2022-2023, regarding the District’s obligations with respect to Summer programs pursuant to 34 C.F.R. Action Item 3. With respect to parents/guardians who elect to have the District review the student’s need for compensatory services at the student’s next scheduled CSE meeting during school year 2013- 2014, the District will determine during the student’s next scheduled CSE meeting whether the student requires any compensatory services because the student was unable to attend school on May 24, 2013, as a result of the District’s failure to provide transportation services. If the CSE determines that a student requires compensatory services, the group will develop a plan for providing those services; with a completion date for providing the services not to extend beyond June 30, 2014.
Action Item 3. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of OCR’s approval of the District’s procedures as described in Item 2 of this Agreement, the District will: (a) begin implementing the procedure; (b) publish the procedures on the WMSD website; and (c) provide written notice to all WMSD teachers and staff of the procedure. Reporting Requirement 3: Within ten (10) calendar days of publishing the procedures, as described in Item 2, the District will submit to OCR documentation evidencing satisfaction of the requirements in Item 3 of the Agreement.
Action Item 3. By the last business day preceding the commencement of school year 2015-2016, the District will ensure that all appropriate staff (including bus drivers) have received copies of ECPs and DMMPs for each student with a disability whose Section 504 Plan or IEP for school year 2015- 2016 require the review of such documents; and, that these documents are reviewed with these staff members. Any additional relevant staff that are newly assigned to one of these students after such date, will receive the appropriate review within ten (10) days of assignment.

  • Schedule of Documents means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Sale Agreement, the Funding Agreement and the other Related Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached as Annex Y to the Funding Agreement and the Sale Agreement.

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of Retained Causes of Action means the schedule of certain Causes of Action of the Debtors that are not released, waived, or transferred pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Cause of Action” includes: (a) any right of setoff, counterclaim, or recoupment and any claim for breach of contract or for breach of duties imposed by law or in equity; (b) the right to object to Claims or Interests; (c) any Claim pursuant to section 362 or chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code; (d) any claim or defense including fraud, mistake, duress, and usury; and any other defenses set forth in section 558 of the Bankruptcy Code; and (e) any state or foreign law fraudulent transfer or similar claim.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Unique item identifier means a set of data elements marked on items that is globally unique and unambiguous. The term includes a concatenated unique item identifier or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Retained Causes of Action means those Causes of Action that shall vest in the Reorganized Debtors on the Effective Date, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any of the Causes of Action that are settled, released or exculpated under the Plan.
