Administrative Procedures Manual definition

Administrative Procedures Manual means the Administrative Procedures Manual adopted by Resolution No. 07-226, and which may be amended in the future by resolution.

Administrative Procedures Manual has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2.3.3.

In the event the Administrative Procedures Manual is modified prior to the sale of the last Inclusionary Unit in an Ownership Housing Development, the modified Administrative Procedures Manual will apply to the sale of the remaining Inclusionary Units.
