Airport Services definition

Airport Services means services provided to airlines by an airport or any of its subsidiaries, to ensure the handling of aircraft, from landing to take-off, and of passengers and freight, so as to enable airlines to provide air transport services, including the provision of ground handling services and the provision of centralised ground handling infrastructure;

Airport Services has the meaning set out Section B.1 of the Airport Operations Scope and Specifications document attached to the Project Agreement Heads of Terms as Appendix B;

Airport Services means the airport lounge access benefit made available by Assurant, including access to airport lounges

Airport Services means the facilities and services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 which we provide under these Conditions, except to the extent that those facilities and services are provided to you under a separate arrangement with us;

Airport Services means the services laid down in Annex 2;

Airport Services or “Airport Services Cost Center” shall include the Airport Expenses and Airport Revenues associated with the operation of the Airport System or any part thereof, which are not directly accounted for in the Airfield Area, Terminal Areas, Outside Terminal Area, Other Buildings and Areas, Northeast Philadelphia Airport, and Ramp Area Cost Centers.
