JOB FAMILY APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT Job Title: Manager, Applications Development Job#: 1210 General Characteristics Coordinates systems analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff. Directs development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices. Participates in budgeting and capital equipment processes and quality improvement activities for the development organization. Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/ program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects and programs.
Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.
Child Rearing Teachers shall be granted a leave for child rearing purposes of up to one (1) year without pay or increment. This includes both adoption and birth. Upon written request, such leave may be extended up to one (1) year without pay or increment.
Death in Family At the request of the employee, the Employer may grant a leave of absence for other purposes. The terms and conditions of all leaves of absence shall be set forth in writing. The Employer shall grant an automatic leave of absence, if so desired, not to exceed two (2) weeks, in cases of critical illness or injury or death in the employee's immediate family. Any period in excess of two (2) weeks shall require the written consent of the Employer. When possible, the employee shall request such leaves of absence; but in any event, the Employer shall be notified within twenty-four (24) hours.

If the Adoptive Family is a married couple, by signing this Service Agreement each spouse authorizes CCAI to disclose to and discuss with the other spouse any confidential information CCAI may learn or obtain concerning either spouse. Each spouse hereby releases CCAI from all legal responsibility or liability that may arise from the release of information authorized herein. Each spouse acknowledges that the information to be released may include confidential information which could not be released without this specific consent, including information that is specific to adoption counseling, family planning, marital history, criminal history, child abuse, employment, drug, alcohol or psychiatric treatment, and/or HIV testing and diagnosis.
