Annual Release Maintenance Fee means those recurring annual fees of the Seller, invoiced annually in January and based upon the number of MSCs installed and BTSs installed at the time the invoice is issued, full payment of which entitles the Customer to receive all core features in standard software releases, software enhancements and software upgrades applicable to TDMA PCS Products (but not including Optional Software Features) which will be made available to Customer when made generally available by Seller during the period for which the fees were paid. All Annual Release Maintenance Fees shall be entitled to the discounts set forth in Section 1.10.1;

Examples of Annual Release Maintenance Fee in a sentence

  • After the Software Warranty Period, Supplier shall make available to Megatel Software Modifications at prices to be agreed by the Parties, unless the cost of such Software Modification is covered by under an Annual Release Maintenance Fee.

Annual Release Maintenance Fee means those fees specified in Section 6 as incorporated into the SEPA pursuant to Section 3(c) of this Amendment No. 7 to be paid by Owner to Vendor and that entitle Owner to i) receive all Software Enhancements, Software Maintenance Releases, Software Combined Releases, Software Updates and Software Upgrades for all Software in which Owner holds a RTU License to use such Software, ii) receive technical support for Owner's wireless Equipment purchased from Vendor via Vendor's AMPS/PCS Wireless Network Remote Technical Support Advantage (" Mobility RTSA") statement of work, attached hereto as Attachment A, iii) receive technical support for Owner's INS data products (CBX and PSAX) purchased from Vendor via Vendor's RTS Advantage NE/EMS ("INS RTSA") statement of work as previously incorporated into the SEPA via Amendment No. 6, and iv) receive up to [ * * * ].
Annual Release Maintenance Fee. OR "ARMF" means Supplier's recurring annual fees which, when paid by Megatel, shall entitle Megatel to receive Base Generic Releases and Software Modifications issued by Supplier during the year with respect to which Megatel has paid the ARMF.

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.

  • Annual Premium means an amount specified in the Schedule, which is payable under the annual Premium payment mode under this Policy, excluding Extra Premium, if any and excluding service tax or any other taxes, cesses or levies, if any;

Annual compensation for determining benefits during any determination period may not exceed the maximum compensation allowed as adjusted for cost of living in accordance with §5-10D-7 of this code and Section 401(a)(17) of the Internal Revenue Code.
