Generic Software definition

Generic Software means off the shelf or mass-market software which is readily substitutable by the Business with minimum cost or interruption to the Business;
Generic Software means those portions of the Subject Software, including but not limited to source code subroutines, that are not specific to the operation of uBID's current online Internet-based system for auctioning of computer, electronics and home and leisure products, but can be (with or without modification) used for other functions.
