Annual Service Fees definition

Annual Service Fees means the total Service Fees paid or payable by Client to SBL in a given calendar year (excluding costs of Raw Materials, SBL handling fees, and other expense or cost reimbursements) pursuant to a particular Product Specific Agreement.
Annual Service Fees stipulated in the first paragraph of the second article in this Agreement does not include the special service fees incurred by Appendix 2 and the expenses incurred by the third party in the implementation of Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 as required by Party A. Party A shall additionally pay to Party B expenses involved in this article in accordance with the payment application put forward by Party B.

More Definitions of Annual Service Fees

Annual Service Fees means the charge imposed by CHC each year on Vendor as set forth in Exhibit A hereto for use by Vendor of the CHC Services during each twelve (12) month period of the term of this Agreement commencing on the Effective Date.
