Annual Service Fees definition

Annual Service Fees stipulated in the first paragraph of the second article in this Agreement does not include the special service fees incurred by Appendix 2 and the expenses incurred by the third party in the implementation of Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 as required by Party A. Party A shall additionally pay to Party B expenses involved in this article in accordance with the payment application put forward by Party B.

Annual Service Fees means the charge imposed by WebMD each year on Vendor as set forth in Exhibit A hereto for use by Vendor of the WebMD Services during each 12 month period of the term of this Agreement commencing on the Effective Date.
