Work Plans and Budgets. Lagos State shall prepare (in part on the basis of the proposed annual work plans and budgets prepared by LAMATA pursuant to Section I.A.2 of the Schedule to the LAMATA GEF Project Agreement) and furnish to the Recipient, not later than November 5 in each year during the implementation of the Project for forwarding to the World Bank for the latter’s approval in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the GEF Grant Agreement, a proposed annual work plan and related budget containing all activities proposed to be carried out under the Project in the following calendar year. Lagos State shall ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of each Annual Work Plan, in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and in more detail in the PIM and the Subsidiary Agreements.
Work Plans and Budgets. (a) The Project Implementing Entity shall prepare and furnish to the Recipient and the Association for its approval, not later than June 30 in each year during the implementation of the Project or such later date as the Association may agree, annual work plans and budgets containing all activities to be carried out in the following calendar year.
(b) The Project Implementing Entity shall implement, monitor and evaluate its annual work plan and budget in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and in more detail in the PIM and the Subsidiary Agreement as they shall have been approved by the Recipient and the Association pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (a) above.
Work Plans and Budgets. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than September 30 in each year during the implementation of the Project or such later date as the Association may agree, annual work plans and budgets containing all activities, including proposed Subprojects, to be carried out in the following calendar year at FMAWR level and at each Participating State level. The Recipient shall cause each Participating State to implement, monitor and evaluate its annual work plan and budget in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and in more detail in the PIM and the respective Subsidiary Agreements as they shall have been approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (a) above.
Work Plans and Budgets. (a) XXXXXX shall prepare and furnish to Lagos State not later than November 1 in each year during the implementation of the Project, for forwarding to the Recipient and the Association for the latter’s approval in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement, a proposed annual work plan and related budget containing all activities proposed to be carried out under the Project in the following calendar year.
(b) LAMATA shall implement, monitor and evaluate the Annual Work Plan in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and in more detail in the PIM.
Work Plans and Budgets. Each Grant Program Work Plan is unique to the Subgrantee. It must reflect the purpose of the related Grant Program and the methods proposed by the Subgrantee and its subrecipients, in detail acceptable to OHCS, to administer and/or deliver the Work associated with the requirements of that Grant Program. Work Plan Budgets must reflect the manner, in detail acceptable to OHCS that related Grant funds will be employed to accomplish the corresponding Work. Subgrantee must request and receive prior written approval from OHCS for amendments to or deviations from its approved Work Plans and Budgets. OHCS may give or withhold such approval at its sole discretion. OHCS may allow the combining of applicable Work Plans and/or Budgets at its sole discretion. Subgrantee shall perform all Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and specific Grant Program requirements in a manner satisfactory to OHCS.
Work Plans and Budgets. 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date and then every twelve
Work Plans and Budgets. The Manager shall submit to the Management Committee work plans and budgets for all Operations, including major acquisitions and capital expenditures. Work plans and budgets shall be submitted at such times as either the Manager or the Management Committee deems appropriate. Each work plan and budget shall set forth with reasonable detail the nature, duration and projected costs of the proposed Operations and, to the extent practicable, shall encompass a significant and customary distinguishable activity, operation or operating phase of the various Projects from inception through completion. The term of each work plan and budget will correspond to the total period required for the performance of the planned work. Unless the Participants otherwise agree, however, a work plan and budget shall be prepared for a period of one calendar year. Within fifteen (15) days following the submission of any work plan and budget by the Manager, the Non-Manager may also submit work plans and budgets for consideration by the Management Committee.
Work Plans and Budgets. Each work plan and budget will be prepared by the Person indicated by the Executive Committee in respect of each of activities that are planned to start in the following month and will contain an itemized budget and projection of Expenditures to be incurred until a common milestone is achieved, the nature of the work to be performed and the expected schedule of implementation (collectively, a “Work Plan”). Each such Work Plan will be submitted to the Executive Committee by delivery of such Work Plan to the members no later than 5 days prior to its discussion every month. The Executive Committee will meet within the following 5 days prior to the commencement of the period to which the proposed Work Plan relates to approve, modify or reject the proposed Work Plan.
Work Plans and Budgets. 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date and then every twelve (12) calendar months thereafter during the implementation of the Project, a work plan and budget setting forth all activities proposed to be included in the Project during the following fiscal year, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for expenditures eligible for financing from each such source and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source; afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to review such plan and budget, and thereafter carry out such work plan and budget as shall have been approved by the Association (“Work Plan and Budget”).
2. The Recipient shall not make or allow to be made any material change to a Work Plan and Budget without prior approval in writing by the Association.
Work Plans and Budgets. The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case:
1. no later than two (2) weeks after the Effective Date, a work plan and budget for the first quarter of Project implementation;
2. no later than the end of each quarter in the first year of Project implementation, a work plan and budget for the Project for the following quarter;
