Assessment Data definition

Assessment Data means any of the following information pertaining to the department’s evaluation of a family:

More Definitions of Assessment Data

Assessment Data shall be defined as electronic data and information submitted by or for you to the Services or collected and processed by or for you as a result of your use of the Services (including but not limited to username, vendor information, support requests, issue remediation). For clarity, Assessment Data may include data provided by you and/or your vendors in the context of the Software (which shall, as between the parties, remain owned by you and/or your vendors and shall only be used by Panorays to provide the Services or in accordance with this Agreement).
