Assistant teacher definition

Assistant teacher means a person who is employed in or is seeking employment in a New Hampshire licensed child care program, who meets the age, education, and experience requirements specified in He-C 4002.35.
Assistant teacher means the individual designated to be responsible for helping the lead teacher in supervising children and in implementing the activities and services for children. Assistant teachers may also be referred to as child care assistants or aides.
