Award or Awards means, individually or collectively, as applicable, Incentive Stock Options, Non-Qualified Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Stock Awards (including Performance Stock Awards), Restricted Stock Units (including Performance Share Unit Awards), Performance Unit Awards, Dividend Equivalent Rights and Cash Awards.

Experience for the purposes of appointment for Registered Nurses means - full- time service and experience following registration in a grade or sub-grade at least equal to that in which the employee is employed (or to be employed), and shall also include that time which may elapse between the completion of training or final examination (whichever occurs last) and the formal registration as a certificated Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or its predecessors. Where an employee previously has been employed in a higher grade or sub-grade, service and experience in such higher grade or sub-grade shall count as service and experience in the lower grade or sub-grade for the purposes of determining such employee’s experience, provided that where an employee has not been regularly employed as a Registered Nurse, or has not actively nursed for a period of five years or more, such employee’s prior service and experience shall not be taken into account.

Examples of Award or Awards in a sentence

  • With respect to the portion of any Award that has not been exercised and any payments in cash, Stock or other consideration not received by a grantee, a grantee shall have no rights greater than those of a general creditor of the Company unless the Administrator shall otherwise expressly determine in connection with any Award or Awards.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Other Stock-Based Award means any right granted under Section 6(f) of the Plan.

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;

  • Other Stock Unit Award means any right granted to a Participant by the Committee pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Restricted Stock Bonus means Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Stock Awards means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Nonemployee Director Award means any Award granted to a Nonemployee Director.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.
