Access and Safety. 12.1. If the Customer requires access to the CSE Genesis Premises in connection with the performance of the Agreement, CSE Genesis will, subject to its usual security requirements, permit the Customer and its personnel reasonable access to the premises at such times as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Customer to perform its obligations under the Agreement.‌ 12.2. When the Customer enters the CSE Genesis Premises, the Customer must, and must ensure that its personnel, use their best endeavors to: 12.2.1. protect people and property; 12.2.2. prevent nuisance and unnecessary noise and disturbance; 12.2.3. Regulate in a safe and lawful manner and comply with the safety standards and policies of the CSE Genesis (as notified to the Customer); and 12.2.4. comply with all applicable work, health and safety laws.

Access and Safety. You must ensure that our staff and our authorised agents have full and safe access (free of any health and safety hazards and risks) to the Servicing Address at any time as required to provide the Supply. You must also provide us with all necessary instructions, documentation and co-operation required by us to provide the Supply. Our employees and agents will comply with your reasonable security and safety instructions while present at the Servicing Address.

Access and Safety. Licensee shall, where relevant, ensure Licensor’s personnel have full and safe on site access to the Software at all reasonable times for the purpose of providing the software support. Licensee shall also ensure that Licensor’s personnel are provided with all information, facilities, assistance and accessories reasonably required by Licensor to enable Licensor to comply with its obligations under this Agreement. If reasonably requested by Licensor, Licensee shall provide a suitably qualified or informed representative to provide such advice or assistance to those personnel as may be necessary in order to enable Licensor to access the Software and any relevant computer equipment for the purposes of timely support.

Access and Safety. 7.1 Where any Services are to be carried out at the Customer’s premises the Customer shall allow full and complete access to the Supplier to the area where the Services are to be performed and provide adequate accommodation and facilities at all reasonable times. The Customer shall provide and the Supplier shall comply with all applicable safety regulations and access requirements relating to the Customer’s premises provided to the Supplier’s Authorised Representative and shall provide training as may be required to the Supplier’s employees agents or sub- contractors. The Customer shall provide at least one training session per Project per premises at no cost to the Supplier. 7.2 Except as otherwise agreed in the event that access is required to third party premises including but not limited to the railway infrastructure for the purpose of provision of the Services the Customer shall secure the right of access and the Supplier shall be responsible for day to day arrangements for such access. The Supplier shall adhere to Industry Standards or other specifications applicable to such access and further shall procure that its employees agents and subcontractors comply with such requirements. 7.3 The Supplier shall not in the performance of a Project in any manner endanger the health and safety or unreasonably interfere with the proper performance of the duties of the Customer's employees third parties or otherwise expose the Customer to liability under the Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 or the Transport and Works Act 1992 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. 7.4 The Supplier shall comply with any additional safety requirements of the Customer as set out in an Agreement Form and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that its employees agents and sub-suppliers comply with such requirements. 7.5 In the event that revised safety requirements become applicable to a Project this shall constitute a Variation and shall be dealt with in accordance with Clause 9. 7.6 Where appropriate to the Services the Supplier shall provide the Customer with its current company safety statement.

The Licensee will not access, use, or (directly or indirectly) allow use, of the Software in, from, or for the benefit of any party in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and the Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Licensee agrees to forfeit any payments made to the Licensor if the Licensee breaches this provision.
Access and Safety. 45. Allowing unknown visitors into the building is not permitted. Residents and their household members are required to ensure that the entrance doors to the building, as well as the doors and gates of the parking lot and/or bicycle storage, are always closed after use. 46. Residents should be aware of their responsibility for the safety and preservation of life and property in and around the apartment building. Therefore, they should: a. Identify and report unwanted or dangerous situations. b. Report any damages or defects to common property or areas to the administrator. c. Exercise caution when issuing keys. 47. In case of loss of a general access key, this should be immediately reported to the caretak-er and the landlord. 48. Residents remain fully responsible and liable for the consequences of lost or handed over keys to third parties, including keys for access doors. 49. At the discretion of the administrator, in case of key loss where safety is compromised, the respective locks may be replaced at the expense of the individual concerned.
