Business Support Service definition

Business Support Service means the services provided in relation to business or commerce and includes evaluation of prospective buyers, telemarketing, call centre facilities, accounting and processing of transactions, processing of purchase orders and fulfillment services, information and tracking of delivery schedules, managing distribution and logistics, customer relationship management services, operational assistance for marketing, formulation of customer service and pricing policies, infrastructural support services and other transaction processing.

Business Support Service means an establishment within a building that provides services to other businesses. Examples of these services include: computer-related services (rental, repair), mailing and mail box services. Does not include printing and copying (see “Printing or creative service”) or the sales, storage, or rental of heavy equipment.
