In addition when called in to work from standby or 10 surgical services call time they shall also be paid 1-1/2 times their normal hourly rate, 11 including the casual differential, and any applicable shift differential. On Call Nurses 12 assigned to the OR and PACU departments shall share standby/call time equally with 13 full and part-time Nurses, not to exceed two shifts per month for the OR and share 14 weekends for PACU.
