Capacity Request definition

Capacity Request means Hydro’s request to the Customer to provide an amount of capacity equal to its Generating Capacity;

Capacity Request. At Edison's request Customer shall, within 30 minutes of such request, make all reasonable effort to deliver Energy at an average rate of delivery at least equivalent to Capacity during periods of Emergency. In the event that Customer has previously scheduled an outage coincident with an Emergency, Customer shall make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the outage. The notification periods listed in Section 8 shall be waived by Edison if Customer reschedules an outage pursuant to this Section 13. 13.3 Failure to Comply: Failure of Customer to provide Energy at an average rate of delivery at least equivalent to Capacity in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.2 during such period of Emergency when first requested by Edison, following the date of Firm Operation, shall not result in a reduction of Capacity payments as provided for in Appendix C. However, after said initial request by Edison, whether or not said request has been complied with by Customer, any failure by Customer to comply with a subsequent request by Edison shall result in a reduction of Capacity payments pursuant to Appendix C. 13.4 Periodic Demonstration: Whether or not Customer has failed to respond to an Edison request for delivery of Energy at a rate equivalent to Capacity, Edison shall have the right to require a demonstration of the availability of the Generating Facility at least once per year in a manner as provided in Section 13.5.

  • Hour-ahead Capacity Request A Shipper may request the Operator to transport a Quantity of its On- spec Delivery Gas from a Delivery Point and redeliver as On-spec Re- delivery Gas at the Redelivery Point during any Hour (irrespective of whether the Parties have entered into a Transportation Agreement).

  • A fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be applied to any revised Capacity Request.

  • If the Long Term Entry Capacity Request is rejected in accordance with either Section3.2.3 or Section 3.2.4 above, then the Transporter shall provide the reason therefor to the Shipper as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event within three (3) Business Days of such rejection.

  • Where the Transporter accepts a Short Term LDM Exit Capacity Request the Shipper shall be recorded as having reserved an amount of Primary LDM Exit Capacity at or in respect of the relevant LDM Offtake from the LDM Capacity Booking Effective Date for the LDM Capacity Booking Period as set out in the Short Term LDM Exit Capacity Request or as otherwise agreed with the Transporter (the “ Short Term LDM Exit Capacity Booking”).

  • During periods in which Hydro has issued a Capacity Request the excess Demand is the amount of Demand supplied by Hydro in excess of the Amount of Power on Order, the maximum allowable Interruptible Demand, and as applicable, for each 15-minute demand interval during that period the maximum available Generation Outage Demand, the maximum Frequency Converter Replacement Power, and the electric boiler Demand for Oil-Fired Boiler Replacement Power.

  • If the Customer is experiencing an unplanned Generation Outage or an unplanned outage to No. 7 oil-fired boiler during a Capacity Request period, then Hydro will supply the applicable Demand and Energy subject to Hydro’s capability to deliver it which Hydro shall determine at its sole discretion.

Capacity Request a request by a Participant for Capacity Allocation submitted on the Capacity Allocation Platform. • “Curtailment of Allocated Capacities - the reduction of allocated capacities by Intraday Auction Office (based on the request of EMS and/or TRANSELECTRICA) in respect of the Participants.
