Certificate of Total Completion definition

Certificate of Total Completion means a certificate of Total Completion issued under GC20;
Certificate of Total Completion means the Certificate issued by the Independent Certifier in accordance with Article 6 [Construction Certification] of Part 3 of Schedule 4 confirming the achievement of Total Completion.
Certificate of Total Completion means a certificate issued by the Consulting Engineer, certifying that Total Completion of all of the Works and Services has been achieved.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that all Work is protected until the issuance of the Certificate of Total Completion and shall be responsible for the correction of defaults in the Work regardless of whether or not they were apparent when the Certificate of Substantial Completion was issued.

Certificate of Total Completion means following receipt of the Certificate of Substantial Performance issued for the Works by the Consulting Engineer and the Landscaping by the Landscape Architect, the written confirmation of satisfactory completion of the Works and the Landscaping, respectively, issued by the Director of Engineering to the Owner.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.
