Change Control Request has the meaning given in Section 10.1.1(i);
Change Control Request means a request by the Authority or the Supplier to change the Framework Agreement under the change control process in Clause 9 of the Framework Agreement.

Within four weeks of receipt of a Change Control Request, the Party that received such notice shall provide a response indicating whether it can make the proposed Change, its estimated costs of making the proposed Change and an estimated schedule for implementing the proposed Change.
Any such variations shall be deemed to be a Mandatory Change for the purposes of Schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure).
