Client’s Data means all and any information, data, computer files or other material supplied by the Client from time to time to the Supplier.

Client’s Data means all electronic data or information submitted by the Client at any time in connection with the Services, including prior to provision of the Services. “Control,” for purposes of this definition, means direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 50% of the voting interests of the subject entity. This Agreement shall apply to each of the Clients Affiliates, regardless of whether they also use the Services.

• Upon termination of the SaaS Services, and provided Client is not in breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement, MRI will, upon Client’s written request and payment of the applicable fees, provide a backup copy of Client’s Data (a then-current fee schedule will be provided upon request).

• Where this is unavoidable: hard drives and personal digital assistants must not be used except in the circumstances set out in the Client’s Data Security booklet; and CD-ROM/DVD/floppy/USB sticks are only to be used after discussion and agreement with the Client in advance of any such transfer.

• You are responsible for enrolling specific fields of Your land with Boomitra.

• We shall not (a) modify Client’s Data, (b) disclose, provide, rent, or sell Client’s Data except as compelled by law in accordance with Section 7.3 (Compelled Disclosure) or as expressly permitted in writing by Client, or (c) access Client Data except to provide the Services and prevent or address service or technical problems, or at Client’s request in connection with customer support matters.

Client’s Data means the data and information concerning Client’s personnel or business clients Client provides to emfluence in connection with the Services.

Client’s Data means all of Client's Confidential Information which is delivered to lnvolta or installed by Client on lnvolta equipment in accordance with this Agreement and lnvolta's commercially reasonable policies and procedures described in this Agreement.

Client’s Data. “Data Protection Impact Assessment” “Data Protection Legislation” “Data Controller”, “Data Processor”, “Data Subject” Means the Client’s data, databases, personal data, written reports and any other information provided by the Client. Means an assessment by the Client of the impact of the envisaged Processing on the protection of Personal Data prior to commencing any Processing. Means the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (Retained Regulation (EU) 2016/679), Law Enforcement Directive (EU 2016/680), the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000, the Electronic Communications Data Protection Directive 2002/58/EC, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and all applicable laws and regulations relating to processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner. Take the meaning given in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (Retained Regulation (EU) 2016/679) . "Data and Reports” Means all documents drawings data and databases written reports and any other information produced by the Consultant in connection with the Service.

Client’s Data means all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, links and other data of the Client, provided or transferred to MHI by Client in relation to the Hosting Services;

Client’s Data shall have the meaning pursuant to Article 3.1.1 above. “Continuing Care” shall have the meaning pursuant to Article 9.2 above. “Continuing Care Fee” shall have the meaning pursuant to Article 3.3.5 above. “Examination Fee” shall have the meaning pursuant to Article 6.1.2 above.

Client’s Data means all of Client’s Confidential Information which is delivered to Involta or installed by Client on Involta equipment in accordance with this Agreement and Involta’s commercially reasonable policies and procedures described in this Agreement.

Client’s Data means any data, content, or information, inclusive of personal information, that is submitted by Client to the Licensed Materials for the purpose of accessing or using the same.
