Examples of Client’s Data in a sentence
Client is solely responsible for ensuring the Product or Service and its security is appropriate for Client’s Data and Client’s intended use.
Upon termination of the SaaS Services, and provided Client is not in breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement, MRI will, upon Client’s written request and payment of the applicable fees, provide a backup copy of Client’s Data (a then-current fee schedule will be provided upon request).
Where this is unavoidable: hard drives and personal digital assistants must not be used except in the circumstances set out in the Client’s Data Security booklet; and CD-ROM/DVD/floppy/USB sticks are only to be used after discussion and agreement with the Client in advance of any such transfer.
In the event Company requires access to Client’s account or Client Data in order to administer or configure the Services as an Admin User or by other means, Company shall notify Client that Company will have access to the Client’s Data and account.
Subject to Section 8, proceed according to Client’s reasonable instructions for the disposition of Client’s Data and supplies on the termination of any Statement of Work.
