Commissioning Plans definition

Commissioning Plans means the plans setting out details of how the Integrated Commissioning Strategies (including but not limited to the Locality Plans) will be implemented and delivered. Confidential Information means information, data and/or material of any nature which any Party may receive or obtain in connection with the operation of this Agreement and the Services and in particular:
Commissioning Plans means the plans setting out details of how the Integrated Commissioning Strategies will be implemented and delivered. This is the Locality Plan. Related to Commissioning Plans

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of the municipality, in terms of section 53(l) (c) (ii) of the MFMA, for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and which indicate –

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Decommissioning means final operational activities at a site to dismantle site structures, to decontaminate site surfaces and remaining structures, to stabilize and contain residual radioactive material, and to carry out any other activities to prepare the site for postoperational care.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual containing details of financial and accounting procedures, procurement arrangements, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation arrangements, and other administrative and organizational arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PIM;

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
