Company SARs definition

Company SARs means any outstanding stock appreciation rights (whether cash-settled or stock-settled) granted under any of the Company Stock Plans.
Company SARs means the stock appreciation rights granted under the Company Stock Plan.
Company SARs means outstanding stock appreciation rights with respect to Ordinary Shares granted to Company Employees under the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
