Company Solution means Company Products, Software, products or services from which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is deriving or planning to derive revenue, including from the sale, distribution, provision, license, maintenance, subscription or support thereof.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Subscription Agreement between SAP and Company, Company grants SAP the right to access the Company Solution for the purpose of enabling SAP to demonstrate the joint solution to potential customers.

Related to Company Solution

  • Company Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or database specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or database specifications or designs, of any Company-Owned Intellectual Property or Company Products.
