Direct competitors to APCI in the licensing of LNG liquefaction process technology are [***], Black & Xxxxxx, Xxxxx and Chart. Direct competitors to BASF and [***] in the licensing of acid gas removal process technology are Sulfinol and Huntsman. Contractor shall, from time to time, have the right to inform Owner by notice in writing whether any other parties are to be treated as competitors of APCI, BASF or [***] with respect to the aforementioned technology, as the case may be, for the purposes of this Section 19.2, and such competitors of APCI, BASF or [***] shall be treated as competitors upon approval of Owner (not to be unreasonably withheld). Other than as set forth in this Section 19.2, Owner shall not be restricted in any way from the disclosure of the Work Product. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner shall not be restricted in any way from the use or disclosure of the Work Product, and Owner shall be entitled to disclose to Persons that portion of Contractor’s Intellectual Property and Third Party Intellectual Property for which Owner has a license to use to the extent such disclosure is consistent with the purposes for which such license is granted pursuant to Sections 10.2, 10.5 and 10.6, provided that such recipients are bound to the confidentiality obligations similar to those in this Section 19.2 to the extent information disclosed to such recipients contains Contractor’s Confidential Information.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).
