Conditional employment definition

Conditional employment means a period of employment status for a new applicant prior to the BCU’s final disposition of the applicant’s background check.

  • Good Reason Termination means a termination of employment or service initiated by the Participant upon or after a Change of Control upon one or more of the following events:
