Contractor Submittals definition

Contractor Submittals means the drawings, specifications, plans, calculations, model, designs and other deliverables described in Exhibit 7.
Contractor Submittals include (i) three (3) complete sets of equipment operation and maintenance manuals reasonably satisfactory to Owner, and spare parts lists, unless a greater quantity is specified in any other Contract Document; (ii) one (1) digital and three (3) complete sets of the color-marked “As-Built” Drawings that reflect all changes in the Work authorized by Owner, or which are required as a result of field or other conditions or adapt approved types of apparatus, fixtures, or materials to the Work, or which may be required by local or other authorities to conform to Applicable Laws; and (iii) a “Contractor’s Partial Waiver and Release”, in the form in Schedule C attached and incorporated into this Contract.
Contractor Submittals. The scope of any review or other action taken by GRAEF or its subconsultant(s) in respect of any contractor submittal, such as shop drawings, shall be for the limited purpose of determining if the submission generally conforms with the overall intent of the design of the work that is the subject of this Agreement, but not for purposes of determining accuracy, completeness or other details such as dimensioning or quantities, or for substantiating instructions or performance of equipment or systems. GRAEF shall not be liable or responsible for any error, omission, defect or deficiency in any contractor submittal. Pricing Estimates: Neither GRAEF nor Client has any control over the costs of labor, materials or equipment, over contractors' methods of determining bid prices, or over competitive bidding, market or negotiation conditions. Accordingly, GRAEF cannot and does not warrant or represent that bids or negotiated prices will not vary from any projected or established budgetary constraints. Construction Observation: Unless expressly stated in this Agreement, GRAEF shall have no responsibility for Construction Observation. If Construction Observation services are performed, XXXXX'x visits to the construction site shall be for the purpose of becoming generally familiar with the progress and quality of the construction, and to determine if the construction is being performed in general accordance with the plans and specifications. GRAEF shall have no obligation to "inspect" the work of any contractor or subcontractor and shall have no control or right of control over and shall not be responsible for any construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, equipment or procedures (including, but not limited to, any erection procedures, temporary bracing or temporary conditions), or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the construction. Also, GRAEF shall have no obligation for any defects or deficiencies or other acts or omissions of any contractor(s) or subcontractor(s) or material supplier(s), or for the failure of any of them to carry out the construction in accordance with the contract documents, including the plans and specifications. GRAEF is not authorized to stop the construction or to take any other action relating to jobsite safety, which are solely the contractor’s rights and responsibilities. Related to Contractor Submittals

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Major Subcontractor.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
