Contractor Works definition
Contractor Works means tangible and intangible information and material that: (a) had already been conceived, invented, created, developed or acquired by Contractor prior to the effective date of this Contract; or (b) were conceived, invented, created, or developed by Contractor after the effective date of this Contract, but only to the extent such information and material do not constitute part or all of the Deliverable Materials called for in this Contract. All Contractor Works, and all modifications or derivatives of such Contractor Works, including all intellectual property rights in or pertaining to the same, shall be owned solely and exclusively by Contractor.
Contractor Works means all Works other than Customer Works, including Contractor Software and Contractor Tools and Methodologies and Contractor Network Data and any other Works which relate to the Contractor’s Network or any development, improvement, modification to or extension of the Contractor’s Network; and
Contractor Works means materials, inventions, ideas, information, improvements, mask works, works of authorship and any other work product that (a) were created, developed, made, conceived and reduced to practice by Contractor or a third party prior to this Agreement, and (b) are expressly identified as “Contractor Works” in the Attachment 6 of Schedule A and represented by Contractor to be preexisting Contractor Works.

More Definitions of Contractor Works
Contractor Works means any works and services to be performed by a Contractor while the Nominated Vessel is at the Designated Hardstand or the Berth (but for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any Services to be performed by the Operator).
Contractor Works means Works owned or developed prior to the provision of the Services, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Services and without use of the JBE Works or Confidential Information.
Contractor Works means (i) Works developed or otherwise obtained by or for Contractor or its Affiliates independently of this Agreement including all Works and Intellectual Property Rights owned by Contractor or its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or independently developed outside of the scope of this Agreement, and (ii) Contractor Tools, but in all events excluding the AOC Works.
Contractor Works or ‘ MANUFACTURER’S WORKS’ shall mean and include the land and other places which are used by the VENDOR/CONTRACTOR /FABRICATOR or SUB-VENDOR/ SUB - CONTRACTOR / SUB-FABRICATOR for the manufacture of ‘Equipment or performing the ‘Works’.
Contractor Works means tangible and intangible information and material that: (i) had already been conceived, invented, created, developed or acquired by Contractor prior to the Effective Date; or (ii) were conceived, invented, created, developed or acquired by Contractor after the Effective Date, but only to the extent such information and material do not constitute Work Product hereunder. A Contractor Work includes all intermediate and partial versions thereof, including all source code and object code with respect thereto, and all designs, specifications, inventions, discoveries, improvements, materials, program materials, software, flow charts, notes, outlines, lists, compilations, manuscripts, writings, pictorial materials, schematics, other creations, and the like, whether or not patented or patentable or otherwise protectable by law. Contractor Works shall include Contractor Software.
Contractor Works shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B’s provision entitled “Ownership of Data, Materials and Deliverables,” sub-paragraph 14.
Contractor Works means those parts of the Project Works described in the relevant Services and Works Agreement to be carried out by the Contractor, other than any USP Requested Works.
