Customer Details definition

Customer Details means the section of Part A described as such. Customer's Maximum Distribution Volume means the actual volume of water to which the Customer is entitled to, at a specific time, for the Customer's ROL Contract, under the Water Plan, the Resource Operations Licence and the Act. Customer's Offtake Works means the works used or nominated by the Customer for taking water as may be varied during the term of this Agreement under clause 13.2(a).
Customer Details means an email address, postal address and a valid phone number at which the Customer can be reached from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. GMT/UT  Customer Hardware means the servers, computers system and connecting lines and cables owned by the Customer and directly or indirectly used within the scope of the Service.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Security Details means any security details arising out of any security procedure that we may require you to follow or use to make an instruction, confirm your identity or access a Device or certain functionality on that Device (for example, a password, passcode, access code, Security Code, or biometric data (to include but not limited to, voice or a fingerprint)).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
