Disentanglement Services definition

Disentanglement Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

Examples of Disentanglement Services in a sentence

• Payment for Disentanglement Services will be in accordance with the Disentanglement Plan agreed to between the Parties, in accordance with Section 11.06 Payment and other provisions at CTSA termination, subsection (d).

• Payment for Disentanglement Services will be in accordance with a written agreement between the Parties.

• The summary suspension shall take effect immediately upon service of a written notice of suspension by the Collector.

• County may extend the Disentanglement Services as set forth in paragraph 10.6 for the fees and on such terms negotiated and agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

• After the expiration or termination of the Term, Service Provider shall perform the Disentanglement Services with at least the same degree of accuracy, quality, completeness, timeliness, responsiveness and resource efficiency as it provided and was required to provide with respect to the Services during the Term.

More Definitions of Disentanglement Services

Disentanglement Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.1(a).

Disentanglement Services means those Services to be provided by Contractor under an agreed-upon Disentanglement Plan to transition Services from Contractor to the City or a City contracted third party.

Disentanglement Services shall have the meaning given to it in Section 6.3 of the Agreement.

Disentanglement Services means those services specific to the Disentanglement Plan as defined in Section 12 of this Agreement.

Disentanglement Services means the obligations set forth in Article XIX.
