Early Completion Bonus definition

Early Completion Bonus has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.

Early Completion Bonus means one, some, or all of the bonuses referred to in Sections 13.3A and 13.3B, as the context requires.

Early Completion Bonus has the meaning given in Section 5.5 of the Agreement.

Early Completion Bonus means the bonus payable to Contractor for achieving Commercial Operation of the Plant prior to the Guaranteed Completion Date.
