Employee Bonus means, for any Plan Year, the bonus earned under the Company’s Annual Performance Bonus Plan (“APB”), the Intel Capital Equity Carried Interest Bonus Program (“ICAP Bonus”), or any successor to such plans or programs, for services performed during such Plan Year. Employee Bonus for a Plan Year also includes Commissions earned for services performed during such Plan Year. Employee Bonus does not include Quarterly Profit Bonus or any other bonus payment not specifically referenced above. Notwithstanding the above, Employee Bonus does not include (1) the APB paid to a Participant for a Plan Year unless the Participant is an Eligible Employee on January 31 of the year in which the APB is paid, or (2) the ICAP Bonus or any Commission paid to a Participant unless the Participant is an Eligible Employee on the date the payment process
Employee Bonus means the bonus payable under either the Company’s Employee Bonus Plan or Executive Officer Bonus Plan. Effective for bonuses awarded for services performed on or after January 1, 2008, Employee Bonus includes Commissions and Intel Capital Bonus Plan payments. Employee Bonus does not include Employee Cash Bonus Plan bonuses. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to constitute a guaranty that an Employee Bonus will be paid to any or all Participants in any particular Plan Year.
Employee Bonus means the amounts specified on Schedule 1.1(C) payable by the Company to the persons specified on such schedule.

Under the Employee Bonus Plan, the Board may, in its discretion, set, in advance, an annual target bonus for the Employee, which is currently set as a percentage of Base Salary.
If the MCO substantively revises the Employee Bonus and/or Incentive Payment Plan, the MCO must submit the revised plan to HHSC at least 30 days in advance of its effective date.

Employee Bonus means bonuses payable to certain officers of Seller and Business Employees pursuant to agreements with the Company and other arrangements approved by the Board of Directors of Seller, in an aggregate amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Purchase Price minus any amounts to be paid by Seller at the Closing set forth in Sections 2.6(c)(i), (ii), (v) and (vi) of this Agreement; provided, however, that the aggregate amount of such bonuses payable to all officers of Seller and Business Employees shall in no event exceed an aggregate of $5,000,000.
