Employer Data definition

Employer Data means information specific to the Licensee and pertinent to the accurate remittance of Employer or Participant remittances.
Employer Data means all data provided by or generated from Employers.
Employer Data means all data provided by or generated from Employers on the Job Posting Pages, excluding the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxx Listings.

More Definitions of Employer Data

Employer Data means all data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any media (including without limitation electronic, magnetic, optical and tangible media) and which are supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Employer and any Intellectual Property Rights relating to the same which are vested in the Employer.
Employer Data means any and all data or information (including personally identifiable information) of Employer or its Authorized Users, provided to ProfHire or uploaded to the ProfHire Platform by Employer or its Authorized Users, or collected by ProfHire or a third party on behalf of Employer, in connection with the ProfHire Platform or any services provided hereunder.
Employer Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: supplied to the Consultant by or on behalf of the Employer; or which the Consultant is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Agreement; or any Personal Data for which the Employer is the Data Controller; "Employer's IT Policy Statement" means the information technology and communication procedures of the Employer included at Schedule 12 or such other policy document as may be issued from time to time and notified by the Employer to the Consultant;
Employer Data means all information and all Data now or hereafter owned or prepared by or for the Employer, including, without limitation, all Developed data, relating to Operating equipment (as defined in the Contract) systems and designs, material handling, integration, measurement and control systems, food production and processing systems and designs, information technology systems and software, and/or general arrangement drawings for the Employer's facilities, and all inventions, discoveries and improvements relating to the Employer's business (including, without limitation, any information relating to the manufacturing techniques, processes, formulas, designs, "look and feel", logos, developments and experimental work or work-in-progress), and all formulas, devices and compilations of information (including customer lists), which are used in or related to the Employer's business. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employer data shall include all information and Data now or hereafter owned or prepared by or for the Employer relating to the Employer's local area networks, conveyor software and associated server systems, radio frequency scanners, "Fill-To-Order" computing systems and software, and "Order Fulfilment System" server and software.

Related to Employer Data

  • Employer/Client means the PSCA that signs the contract for the services/goods with the selected/qualified Contractor.

  • Employer/Owner means the DAKSHIN HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM and the legal successors in title to the Employer/Owner but not (Except with the consent of the Contractor) any assignees of the Employer/Owner.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Small employer carrier means any carrier that offers health benefit plans covering eligible employees of one or more small employers in this state.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Protected Health Information (PHI) means individually identifiable health information created, received, maintained or transmitted by Business Associate on behalf of a health care component of the Covered Entity that relates to the provision of health care to an Individual; the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an Individual; or the past, present, or future payment for provision of health care to an Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI includes demographic information that identifies the Individual or about which there is reasonable basis to believe can be used to identify the Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI is information transmitted or held in any form or medium and includes EPHI. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI does not include education records covered by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, as amended, 20 USCA 1232g(a)(4)(B)(iv) or employment records held by a Covered Entity in its role as employer.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
