Filed CSA Documents definition

Filed CSA Documents means any documents filed with the CSAs on or before December 31, 2006, that are publicly disclosed under the profiles on the SEDAR website for each of (i) the Corporation, (ii) Movie Distribution Income Fund and (iii) Score Media Inc.;
Filed CSA Documents means any documents filed with the CSA that are disclosed under the Fund’s name on the SEDAR website;
Filed CSA Documents means any documents filed with the Canadian Securities Administrators on or after January 1, 2007 to the date two Business Days prior to the date hereof that are disclosed in full, without redaction, under IPC REIT’s name on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) website;

Examples of Filed CSA Documents in a sentence

  • There has been no change in a material fact or a material change (as those terms are defined under the Securities Act) in any of the information contained in the Filed CSA Documents, except for changes in material facts or material changes that are effected in a subsequently filed CSA Document and except for changes arising from or relating to the entering into of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Except as set out in Disclosure Schedule 14.6, IS4B has no subsidiaries.

  • The Filed CSA Documents filed on or after April 30, 2004 did not, and the Filed CSA Documents filed prior to April 30, 2004 did not to the knowledge of the Fund, contain any Misrepresentation as at the respective dates of such Filed CSA Documents.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Transactional Agreements means: (a) the Agreement; (b) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; (c) the Voting Agreements; (d) the Credit Agreement; (e) the Patent License Agreement; (f) the Patent Standstill Agreement; and (g) the Stay Orders.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Term Documents shall have the meaning assigned that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Financing, including all credit agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, indentures, debentures and notes pursuant to which the Financing will be governed or contemplated by the Debt Commitment Letter.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Seller Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • LC Documents means the Letters of Credit and all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit.

  • Senior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Senior Obligation, any provision pertaining to such Senior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Senior Obligation.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between or among the Acquired Company or its Affiliates and the Borrower or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
