Framework Schedule definition

Framework Schedule means a schedule to the Framework Agreement;
Framework Schedule means a schedule to the Framework Agreement; Fraud means any offence under any Laws creating offences in respect of fraudulent acts (including the Misrepresentation Act 1967) or at common law in respect of fraudulent acts including acts of forgery;
Framework Schedule means a schedule of the Framework Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the relevant provisions in Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).

  • The Authority and the Customer have consented to the engagement of the Key Sub-Contractors listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors).

Related to Framework Schedule

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;

  • Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of this Framework Agreement;

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.
