Framework Schedule definition

Framework Schedule means a schedule to the Framework Agreement;

Framework Schedule means a schedule to the Framework Agreement; Fraud means any offence under any Laws creating offences in respect of fraudulent acts (including the Misrepresentation Act 1967) or at common law in respect of fraudulent acts including acts of forgery;

• In this Framework Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised expressions shall have the meanings set out in Framework Schedule 1 (Definitions) or the relevant Framework Schedule in which that capitalised expression appears.

• The Supplier shall comply with the relevant provisions in Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).

• The Authority and the Customer have consented to the engagement of the Key Sub-Contractors listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors).
