Schedule of Assignments. University shall notify the clinical site supervisor of student assignment, including the name of the student, level of academic preparation, and length and dates of proposed clinical experience.

Schedule of Assignments. Prior to the initiation of any program for Students, the School Board shall provide information to the Facility concerning the number of Students, possible dates of assignment, the names and pertinent information about the Students, and the objectives for Students’ clinical education experience. The Facility and School Board shall jointly plan the schedule of student assignments to Facility, including the number of Students, the hours of attendance, and the schedule of activities at the Facility. Facility shall determine the maximum number of Students accepted by Facility for assignment to a clinical area.

Precepted Experiences shall consist of one (1) Student per one (1) clinical Preceptor, subject to Instructor involvement as described below.

A tentative schedule of teaching assignments and tentative extra-curricular assignments will be given to each teacher in the Elementary, Junior High School, and High School for the forthcoming year no later than June 1st. A tentative class schedule will be given to each teacher no later than June 15th. If the Administration determines that changes in the tentative assignments or tentative schedule should be made after the above-mentioned dates, the affected teacher will be consulted after Administration approval of said changes and notified in writing within five (5) working days. If an opening occurs in a position or class within the system, currently employed teachers shall be given the first consideration to apply for said position providing the teacher requesting the position is qualified for the position.

The Xxxxxxx or designee shall provide to the Local a complete Schedule of Assignments made pursuant to this Agreement no later than June 28th for 2024, and thereafter by June 7th of the academic year. Enrollments and Tier designations for those positions whose compensation is determined by enrollments as stated in 9a below, and include a list of positions being compensated at TCH rates. ii. A revised Appendix F that lists updated compensation rates as per section 9f below. b. A revised Schedule of Assignments with any upward changes to compensation tier designations shall be provided to the Local as needed within five (5) business days of any change. c. If, for a given week and appointment, no assignment has been accepted and recorded on the Schedule of Assignments, no member of the Unit represented by the Local shall be assigned, nor expected to complete, work related to that appointment.
